Ryan Perry building homes under any name -- Perry Builder, ICG, Innovative Construction Group, or whatever -- still can't be trusted based on my dealings with him. He built our house 7 years ago and it wasn't even water tight...we get a new leak every few months b/c the roofing was done so poorly that there's no telling where the next one will come from. We had to sue him during the building process and if we weren't days away from having our first child with no other place to move to, we would have walked away from this house. I could go on and on w/ the lack of ethics and trustworthiness of this man but will just say you've been warned. There's a reason this guy goes bankrupt and changes his company's name like he does....and that reason is called terrible homebuilding based on my experience. Don't walk, run, away from his homes or you'll be paying thousands in repairs like me.
