I had a flood for the first time in the crawlspace and basement. I called Regional Foundation & Crawlspace Repair to come out. They wanted 27K for crawlspace encapsulation, that was too much and I could do most the work myself. I instead paid them $5,000.00 to bury a geodrain and install a triple safe sump pump system. This is the job they did, they installed the sump pumps at the 3rd to lowest point in the crawlspace and this geodrain goes back and forth from uphill to downhill. The lowest point still allows water to flood downstairs. They also cracked a chunk of my foundation at the point of sump pumps egress. Outside they just threw rocks on ground were the water comes out and can get back into the ground to reenter the crawlspace. They got 1 star because the people were nice, their job was not.Update: they contacted me and said they wanted to make sure everything was good. A Girl and guy came out and noticed a couple things I didn't and said they would fix it that their company does not do work like that. They dug up all the previous geodrain and moved it to walls, tried to level out the drain and changed the location of the pumps and the drain outside. She had a really good work ethic and never took a break. The guy was on the other side of house and think he did good too. Everything they did looked professional and looks like they fixed everything. They had to come back today to finish the work today, but had three of them. It all looks good and they tested everything. They apologized about the old work and were not sure went wrong, but I don't have a negative view of the company now and am satisfied with the work they did. Just nocking one star for the under trained individuals that came the first time, the second crew was great! I may have them coat the wood later.P.S. I could not figure out how to update the pictures to show the good work :/ 🙄

My partner and I had a wonderful experience getting an inspection of our foundation/crawl space from Page. He was thorough, friendly, and patient with all of our questions, and even had our timid dog warmed up to him by the end of the visit. We both feel educated on and confident in the repairs we're opting for from the price options provided, given the pictures and explanations Page shared during his presentation. Regional Foundation helped us recently with several projects and were lovely to work with. Great communication, clearly explained pricing, nice folks. Maybe a little more costly than others but the work was pristine and I know they are experienced pros who are fully backed by insurance and all that good stuff etc., so it was worth it to me to spend a bit more for peace of mind. They've been in business a long time and I can see why!The team cleared out some old driveway treads from the 1950s and also carefully cut a hole into our basement's concrete flooring to expose the sewer pipe for our plumber to repair. Both jobs were pretty physically challenging, one was kind of gross (sewer stuff is the worst), and they did everything so expertly and with a smile. They came back a few weeks later, post-sewer repair and poured a new section of floor that looks great and is graded towards our floor drain--it took like an hour and looks good as new.I would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work, or any crawlspace/basement/foundation assistance. I contracted with Regional Foundation in November of 2022 to address a foundation issue I'd had. The issue was that I spotted an opening between two of the cinder blocks forming the inner foundation and had cracks appearing in drywall in the house. Remediation measures were to begin in December and got put off until March of 2023. I was to have piers and jacks installed and to have the crawl space waterproofed for a total cost of circa $40,000. A team came out and "faked" the requisite measures. My crawl space began to fill up with water, sometimes 4" or more, after heavy rain. My HVAC company came out for their semi-annual inspection. They found 4" of standing water in the crawl space. After more than one Regional management and tech visit to no avail, Regional finally sent out another team in March 2023 who purportedly did the work that the March 2022 team was supposed to have done. The crawl space still is getting water in it, but just puddles, rather than deep standing water. A few days ago, they sent out Casey McCallister, who is on their service team. She was a breath of fresh air. She listened, inspected, did maintenance on the dehumidifier I'd had Regional install in March of 2023, explained why she thought the water had been backing up. It is a very nice thing to have women on the tech team. They listen, and act.

The encapsulation part of the job they performed was pretty good. The warranty side isn't hitting on much. I expected better service than what we are receiving. Our dehumidifier stopped working, so they did send a technician out to diagnose the problem. We were told they needed to order a part to repair the dehumidifier and it should be up and running again in about a week. More than two and a half weeks later and three attempts to contact the service department with no returned calls from them, you could say that I'm pretty frustrated.

John Dandridge and his team worked for 4 days installing 159 feet of I-beams, smart Jack's and new wood to shore up my house. John was great to work with, communicating daily in a courteous way. Photos of his, inspection of his work by another company representative makes me confident that the job was done correctly. Floor of my house seems mire stable. The Proof is in the pudding!

I was very disappointed. Even though I paid a 4000.00 deposit they would not start and complete the job until I paid everything in full. It has been over 6 months and I still do not know if they actually did what they told me. I called several times and was always told to wait 2 more weeks. I just got tired of calling. I do do not know if my house is any more level after their work ,than it was before. Very expensive lesson. Who inspects their work to make customers ac TY ually get what they are told and paid for?

Not too impressed with thos company. Had our foundation stabilized with them. When completed they didn't even come in and check the floor level. Nor did the inspector come and sign off on the work as I had asked about several times. Week that was done April 2023 now come December 2023 our first annual inspection is here. Service guy comes out and says it's 130 dollars just to come out and look. Which didn't happen as he could not fit under the house and had to reschedule another crew to do. While he was there he came inside and noted the floor bowing and uneven. He said oh ya I can tell just looking they need adjusted.How is it they claim a lifetime warranty yet in 8 months the jacks already need adjusted?? And I get charged for the adjustment? Their warranty is a scam. Beware

I have several issues with my foundation and crawlspace and I called them to get an estimate and ideas on how to solve them. Jesse came over and spent 6(!) hours checking everything he could while also contacting their structural engineer to build a plan for the future repairs. He went through and through and explained the issues that he identified, their risk level, and the mitigations that his company would do. He also gave me 3 solutions with different prices and offered to do things in stages taking care of the top issues first. I even signed a contract and was very happy about the upcoming work but had to cancel due to the unforeseen circumstances. I'd definitely work with this company again when time comes.

We had regional do our foundation repair. Mike was very knowledgeable from start to finish from the consult to the project date. Explained all of the repairs and understood our priorities/budget. Abdul and his crew finished the work in about a day and a half. Abdul was very friendly/thorough explaining the work they did, showing me pictures and checking the interior of the home to ensure the jacks leveled properly.Pros:- Friendly/responsive staff- Fair pricing- Quality workWhat I wish I would have known:- Scheduling issues happen, the crew had to unexpectedly finish another job which delayed ours by half a day and then they showed up later than expected the second day due to a company meeting and weather. The work was still completed on time and on the days it was supposed to be, but recommend that homeowners take off work and expect to be present for the duration of repairs to avoid any unnecessary stress with timeline to provide entry to the interior of the home.Overall, I’m happy with our experience.Service: Foundation repair

We hire Regional Foundation and Crawl Space Repair for a complete crawl space encapsulation. They removed old insulation, remediated mold and installed wall insulation, vapor barrier and a dehumidifier.The crew of Isaac, Lamonyette and DJ were on time, courteous, professional and very diligent performing all work. They kept the worksite clean at all times and in fact left the area outside the crawl space cleaner than it started as. Additionally the entire crew showed great pride of workmanship such as making sure caulking was neat around foundation vent covers that were under a deck.I would definitely endorse having Regional Foundation and Crawl Space Repair perform work in the future, and would definately ask for the crew of Isaac, Lamonyette and DJ again.

Jesse and Bill were extremely knowledgeable and thorough when they came out for our slumped floors, cracking bricks, and moisture in our crawl space. They spent time mapping the house out, crawl space, and measuring and checking all the footers, piers and etc. They came up with a game plan that made the most sense to fix the situation and left us feeling like we were in good hands. I’m so glad we used Regional foundation!! They did an AMAZING job on our foundation and floors. Our living room floor caved in and the beam broke in half. I didn’t think we would ever be able to get it fixed without tearing down the whole front of the house. When they came out, they were on time, so polite, and got the job done in two days. Our floors look amazing and extremely level I don’t know how they did it but it looks amazing. My suggestions is prepare yourself with knowledge and ask questions. Their product would be a 4 star but the service would be a 2 star. In what was estimated as a 5 day job took over a month. All I received was excuses. But the job finally got done. Leonard was the only positive as far as personnel i had to deal with. When I had issues he kept everything moving forward. The owner not so much. Would I recommend them...no. Do i recommend the product yes. Just know what you are getting.Service: Basement waterproofing

Our house was encapsulated by Abdul, as well as a crew of others, and not only did they work 8-10 hours a day for two days, they came on the weekend, and worked til 7pm at night to make sure everything was install correctly, as well as going out of his way to inform us about all that came with our purchase.
