Spectra Builders is a local family-owned business, and they treated me like family when I hired them to replace my roof. Replacing a roof is a major expense for any homeowner, so it is sure to cause stress. But James and Colby were awesome and eliminated the stress in the process. They worked with me and my insurance co. from start to finish to replace my old 3 tab roof with my beautiful new architectural roof. These folks are AWESOME! I can’t begin to say enough about how great everyone was to deal with. Very honest, professional and knowledgeable. This is a family run business. McKenzie came out to do a roof survey AND helped a lot with dealing with my insurance company. He kept me up to date all along the process. Braedon and his guys that replaced my roof started @ 7:30 in the morning and were gone by 5:30. Other than seeing a new roof you could hardly tell anyone had ever been there! If you need a new roof look no further!

We can't believe it's been almost a year since we hired Spectra Builders Roofing Division to install our new roof. Working with McKenzie on the sales end and Braeden on the installation end was so easy, professional and stress free. They performed just as described protecting our house and landscaping and leaving everything just as they found it - except for the new roof - of course😀. We had a roof replaced on our previous home by a nationally known company and the experience with Spectra was 100% better and gentler. From my first meeting with Nick to the finished job it was a positive experience. My detached garage was in serious need of a new roof. They were there throughout the insurance process and followed through to a job well done.All employees were polite, friendly respectful of property, punctual, kept on task and hard workers. Did a great job of cleaning up when the job was completed.As an older, widowed woman, it can be difficult to find reputable contractors. Unfortunately, there are contractors out there that are not honest.The peace of mind I have now knowing my home has been given excellent quality workmanship, a job very well done is priceless! Fantastic experience working with every person in this company. From the initial assessment of the damage, to negotiations with our insurance company, to installation of a totally new roof — these guys did outstanding work and were an absolute pleasure to work with. As work progressed, it became evident that three skylights had to be replaced in addition to the roof; Spectra handled all of those details including numerous interactions with the insurance company to ensure the job was covered in full. Great company! Very professional and accommodating as I did have some special requests regarding timing. They replaced my roof and it came out great! Very efficient work getting it done in less than 2 days. Braeden and Mckenzie were great to work with and even came back after the work was done to lay down some straw and seed on part of my lawn that got a little torn up from the work, even though i said it was unnecessary, and also to patch up some gutter guards that were a little bent. Highly recommend Spectra Builders services!

We first met Mark with Spectra Builders who referred us McKenzie who was our single point of contact from roofing inspection, roof installation, indoor painting to gutter guard installation. He was punctual and stayed in contact to walk us through the process. He inspected the work of the workers staring with installation to clean up making sure that everything was done in a professional and quality manner. His roofing crew were on time and worked efficiently until the job was completed which included clean up. The painters were awesome. Herman and his workman came in, covered the areas and Completed the job the same day. They even took the time to match the color of the wall in the closet. I was very pleased. The workmen that installed the gutter guards were in and gone within a couple of hours. McKenzie came in behind them as well and verified that everything was completed to our satisfaction. Spectra Builders came out to my home after we had a storm. After there inspection of my roof we decided to file an insurance claim due to storm damage. The team at Spectra worked closely with me and my insurance to make sure the whole process of getting my roof completely covered through my insurance was as smooth as possible! They used this netting system that they showed me on their youtube that completely protected my home during the reroof.
