Tony Reyes' wall finishing and painting skills were nothing short of exceptional. His attention to detail and the quality of workmanship brought new life to our walls. Well Brock came in with his crew and clean up the water and dry it out very professionally and actually cared. Then came Peter to fix the issue that cause the problem.they fix the pipe but the issue was cause the freeze break I had them come a second time. They only fix the pipe but the true issue wasn’t addressed til it leak again. Tyler came but he understood but still charge to fix the root to the whole problem. Even I went and got material to install. Then we moved on to tape and texture and flooring no issues. But in some areas where they did not know how to cover the clean out holes and was told it will cost me money again I went got the covers. The vanity in the bathroom gave us issues but Peter had to take it back to Menards three times cause of a manufactured issues in the sink.I will say this much this happen over two holidays where it wasn’t convenient and I felt that they had limited subcontractors which made this whole process long. But I am pleased with the outcome.I had a few personal items damage and joe came took pictures and help me submit to insurance since I don’t have excel.I took before and after you all can make your decision.Thank you Arrow for doing the work.Services: Flooring, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Painting, Plumbing

We had two jobs done at our old home.As for the two projects themselves, I will address each project individually.The first project that was completed was in 2020, as you can see in the photos below, was water damage from our fridge resulting in replacement of our kitchen flooring. This turned out to be a great looking and overall good project courtesy of floor installers (Casey & Berry). The only issues with this project was they didn’t install proper padding underneath so every time someone walks on it it was a continuous cracking noise between the connections of the snap lock laminate flooring. The other issue, photos below, they didn’t properly cut the toe kick to fit with the flooring/spacer into the next room, in which they later came back and fixed without hesitation, and it was greatly appreciated.As for project two that was completed in August 2021, we had water damage from our washroom area where flooring was replaced to mirror the kitchen flooring. For this second project, I have no negative comments on the result. Casey & Berry were the installers again and did a great job with the proper padding underneath and it turned out great.Projects ended with good results but customer service was subpar throughout a few aspects of the process.Services: Remodeling, Flooring, Water damage-related cleanup & repair

I would not hire them again. I had another company come put drain tile in my basement. Of course there is a BIG mess to clean up....so I hired Arrow to save me some work since we all have busy lives. They collected $500 down B4 the work. They did about 1/4 of the work I asked for. So here I am the past 2 nights after work cleaning what I hired them to do. Save your money and do it yourself, because you are going to be doing it yourself anyway.

I have the best experience with any company I’ve ever worked with for services I’ve needed. Arrow Service paint and carpet cleaning highly recommended. The courteous workers and professionalism was outstanding. They always asked me if they weren’t certain of things or if I wanted anything else done. Leutrim made my old carpet look almost new again. He is a very conscientious person and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with this company. Most definitely will be using them again in the future.

We had Arrow Cleaning at our home following a leak from our dishwasher which ruined our kitchen flooring. They were very efficient, honest and thorough with the job they did for us. We contacted Arrow Service Team when we needed help with moisture entering our attic from a massive ice dam by our sunroof window in our kitchen. They were able to check out the damage and remove the part of our ceiling that was damaged within a week. We were scheduled out almost a month away from the initial cleanup for the remodel of the sheet rock, but they contacted us within 2 weeks to fit us in their busy schedule since they had an opening. Tony Reyes came over to install the new sheet rock for the ceiling and resurface with texture and everything. He did an amazing job, communicated with us the entire time he was working, and was truly a joy to have in our home for that day with his friendliness and professionalism. We are just waiting to finish the painting and our insurance claim, but up until now, Tony and the entire Arrow Service team has been wonderful to work with!Service: Remodeling

Two people came this morning to clean dark dust that settled over everything in my lower level during a job by another company. These people worked non-stop for over four hours to remove this dust from walls, doors, windows, furniture, pictures....everything. The place is spotless. I'm beyond happy. They were also cordial and seemed to actually enjoy working together doing this tedious job they were sent to accomplish. I can't thank you enough, Arrow Service Team.I've used your carpet cleaning services since moving here in the late 60s. You also helped restore a downstairs bathroom and adjoining study that were damaged by water. Excellent job!

We had a back up of our drain pipe when it rained 3+ inches overnight, so a room in our basement flooded. Tony Reyes came in and replaced the sheetrock, textured it and painted it. He was on time, professional and great at communicating what he was doing...an example is he let us know he was going to use a compressor so it would be loud for a bit. We really liked Tony's work. However, we were disappointed in the responsiveness to a question. Arrow Services was supposed to paint an additional wall in another room, but Tony did not have the paint and wasn't told he was supposed to do it. (Even though the lead man came to get a sample of the paint and measure the wall.) He and we called several times...no response. That was disappointing. We never got the wall done. They did subtract the cost of the wall out of the final price, but our wall isn't done and it could have easily been done while Tony was waiting for the paint to dry in the original room. The person working should always have some one he can contact during his time out on a job. A new team came a few days later and replaced the padding under the carpet and relayed the carpet along with some finishing touches. We were happy with the results over all. They nicked the paint in a few places but we can touch it up ourselves. Overall happy, just those couple of things made it a 4 out of a 5 job.Services: Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Painting

We had Ryan Olson as our project manager and he is top notch! I highly recommend him to help assist you with your needs as he went above and beyond on what was expected. We recently had replaced all of our carpet downstairs and the 2 bedrooms upstairs along with the flooring in our bathroom downstairs. His 2 crew members were in and out within 2 days, their work, professionalism and dedication was incredible.
