They were quick to respond. The serviceman did a thorough job. He pointed out the filter on the humidifier was bad so had it replaced. It was bad. I didn't realize how bad. All and all he did an excellent job. He was very polite and nice to talk to. Highly recommend them.

For years I have trusted Bismarck Heating & Air to service, install, and fix my air conditioning and heating system. When my Furnace went out yesterday a simple call-in had a technician out at my house in 30 minutes yesterday. Brian did a great job troubleshooting and diagnosing the issues with the furnace and had it back up and running in no time at all. The time that he took to explain to me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it was super helpful. Additionally, he did a wonderful job discussing what the parts and repair would cost before doing anything. I am incredibly happy with the work done and know I always have a trusted team of pros on my side!

Brian gets the latest 5⭐️for 1st routine maintenance (end of January) on my new furnace unit installed by Bronson (another 5⭐️) 1 year ago. Very thorough check - up by Brian; not rushed… took the time to explain settings that I was unfamiliar with on the humidifier (living in TX has taught me about DE-humidifiers only)!I am totally pleased with the excellent service I’ve received from Bismarck Heating & A/C over the past 2.5 years. I rarely write a review but often read them…. I highly recommend this company & thus far EVERY employee I’ve encountered from phone receptionist to technician.

Shawn and Tyler of Bismarck Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job of replacing an old water. Both technicians made sure any questions I had were answered, carefully moved the in the new water heater, carefully moved the old water heater out, and were meticulous in making sure the install was cleanly and correctly done. I greatly appreciated their workmanship and professionalism.

had an furnace blower motor go down in the middle of the night. called another company and was given the runaround for two hours after which no one showed up or even contacted me. decided to schedule a request with Bismarck Heating and Air(it's now 12 am) and within 15 minutes Marty was in my driveway. knew right away what the problem was and within an hour had my furnace up and running. great communication and knowledge. will continue to be my go to for any heating and cooling problems(even signed up for the preventative maintenance agreement)Update: 2/20/2024Well furnace took a dump overnight and decided to not only have a new furnace installed but also went with a new water heater, built in humidifier to the central air system, upgraded to a bigger more effective filter sizing and new AC unit. All of the heating and cooling systems were out of date so decided to take the plunge and just knock it all out at once. Tom made the process of getting what we wanted easy! Explained everything and made it simple. Shawn, Andy and Skyler showed up the next day and got the install done in a quick and efficient manner. I have trusted Bismarck Heating & Air to service, install, and fix my air conditioning and heating systems anytime I needed them for the past 20+ years. When my heat went out late last night (around 10:00 p.m.), I knew I needed to make a call for help right away. A tech (Brian) was at my house before midnight and was so very quick in finding the problem and helping me feel safe. He took time to explain to me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the problem. Before he left me he promised to have Tom call me to talk about replacing my furnace. I was expecting that call sometime today but nope...Tom called at 12:30 last night just to reassure me that Bismarck Heating and Air would take care of my furnace problem and I shouldn't have to wait long! Wow! I am incredibly happy with the service and know I am working with a team of people who truly care and are on my side!

We want to extend a HUGE THANK YOU to Bismarck Heating and Air, BEST OF THE BEST!!! They absolutely proved that when they went out of their way(65miles) to help us get our frozen furnace back up and running! Their patience and dedication was unbelievable! They stayed in frigid temperatures to get it running and made sure it continued to run. This process took 7 or more hours in weather too cold to be in for that long. We can't thank them enough for their extraordinary efforts and professionalism! They certainly proved why they earned the honor "Best of the Best" because they really are!

Service technicians are friendly and knowledgeable, often teaching me tips and tricks while they’re here to help me maintain my system (and avoid making unnecessary service calls). I highly recommend Bismarck Heating and Air! We have been using their services for years and have always had an amazing experience and this last time was no different. Our furnace stopped working last night, of course on one of the colder nights and Marty was able to get us on his schedule so quickly and fix the problem. Our furnace was acting up, by running for only a minute or two, and not going past 70 degrees. We called the emergency number not knowing if this was considered an emergency.or not.Brian came and found what the issue was.
