These guys know insurance restoration! They fully audited my insurance adjustment and made appeals on my behalf for a more thorough restoration. After attaining a much better claim adjustment, they let us take our time totally redesigning our exterior. Thanks to their team our house got an amazing makeover. New siding that was exactly what we were looking for as well as new roof, gutters and down spouts. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Highly recommend!

We had someone come out to our house in August to look at damage from a storm. He stated that he would get the information to our insurance company and start the process. We haven't heard anything from them since and our insurance company hasn't either. When I call, I always have to leave a message and shockingly, never hear back.

When a hail storm did a number on our vinyl siding & gutters...we called Capital Exteriors. It was a perfect time for me to get more of personalized look to our home’s siding...something I wanted to do for a long time. Joe was great at helping me choose & decide on a wood shake that would break up the vinyl look & compliment our home. We were happy w/ their workmanship and their careful inspections- increasing the value of our insurance claim/benefit.Jon also stepped in & helped take care of some final details when they arose. They were a great company to work with. I had some additional damage to my roof that they found while inspecting it and within a week they had my roof opened up and doing the repairs. From the time I called them to completion was 2 weeks, I think that's fast.I would recommend Capital Exteriors to everyone. Capital Exteriors (Matt) came and knocked on my door one afternoon and explained that I had discontinued shingle (T-Locks). He gave me a free roof inspection and believed there was enough damages to file an insurance claim. They helped me through the entire process including meeting with my insurance adjuster. Long story short they were able to get my roof bought by my insurance company and had it completed within days of the approval letter. They were great to work with and made it very easy on me the homeowner. Thanks for all your hard and honest work.

Capital exteriors went over and above to get my roof replaced after 3 different hail storms my insurance company sent inspectors out on all of them and said i did not have enough damage to warrant a claim yet the neighbors all got shingles replaced.I was out on business trip to S.D.. when my agent was coming to inspect my roof Malachi went to my place and met with my agent in place of me and got my roof replaced and my older garage had t-locks on got them to cover them as well. without him being there i know what the outcome would of been thanks Capital great crew and a awesome job of cleaning up afterwards

The work they did was great! I would give 5 stars if based only on the work, but the communication was not great. After the hail damage on our roof and gutters, I hired them to replace them both. They replaced the roof in no time (and we have a really steep roof) and they started on the gutters. They didn’t finish the gutters for about 3 months because of winter until they needed the money. Capital also told me that our siding had hail damage and that they would talk to our insurance/adjuster to get them to take a look again and we would hire them to redo our siding, and they wouldn’t answer our call when we tried to follow up.

These guys are awesome! They replaced the gutters on my house last summer, they were quick and efficient! They were also very honest, I had one gutter that was fairly new still so they left that one in place instead of replacing that too and charging me for one that wasn't necessary! I'd highly recommend these guys for their excellent exterior house work!

Zero Stars, would not recommend. Hired for storm damage repair, hired a third party to left a mess of nails, popped our tires, Jon did not come to collect nails, still finding them 2 years later. Roof was done shady. caused landscaping damage and did not fix. Siding was done by 3rd party and was not properly nailed, than not fixed timely and now siding is wavey.. Jon will not fix. Just keeps sending bills that get higher and higher than the final bill e sent a year ago. no additional work was done, has not fixed the damage he has caused. Capital Exteriors fit me in on a super critical schedule and did high quality work. They were also careful around our numerous bushes and flowers, and cleaned up so well that you could hardly tell they were there. The only rub I had was that the crews came and went at odd times. All in all, highly recommended.

I like Jon and he did good work on roofing and gutters. But then my roof leaked, and the guys he sent out to fix it didn’t do a thorough evaluation and didn’t get it fixed as it kept leaking through the ceiling with every thunderstorm, so after a couple years I had some interior water damage show up. He did get it fixed now and we’re working on fixing the interior.

They went to my aunts house on September 9th and told her that they would be working on her house WITHIN 3 weeks. 2 months go by and my aunt couldn't get ahold of them, finally she got ahold of Matt and he promised that she would be "one of the first 5 houses that they do before winter" never heard from them again. Tried calling again and didnt hear back. Do not recommend. She paid them $5,600+ for the materials already. If you are paid, you should do the work or have better communication. I was there for the whole conversation with Matt.
