I ordered 4 custom windows from Front Street. The windows are beautiful but they took some trim from my hallway to match stain colors, accidentally broke the piece of trim, and still haven't replaced it. It's been over a year now. I had to pay in full for the windows so have no leverage to get them to come back!

I finished my basement and went to Front Street for the casing and baseboard to match the rest of my house. My experience was top notch. Professional service and top quality woodwork delivered and carefully wrapped and stacked. Every board was straight and flawless. Very pleased and highly recommended.

Errors and mistakes the whole time on their end , and then we had to wait even longer for the right products. Issues with the prehung doors as well. Not a good experience at all.

Went in to see if they had diff types of wood for projects. They were helpful but sales associate was pretty bad at people skills. Seemed like it was an annoyance to help us out. He was quiet and kind of awkward.

Greay service and diverse selection of products have been installing FSM interior millwork products for years and their staff is great and will always try to squeeze what your needing into the schedule as an installer to meet your deadline which is always appreciated
