Hot Springs rushed to get our sauna to Bismarck, the guys at the warehouse unpacked the trailer in freezing weather at 8:30 pm so we could have it ready for the electrician. We were first time hot tub buyers and we were going to buy a used one, but I had called Hot Springs and talked to Maddie and it didn’t talks is long to changed our minds. The service and warranty that they offer is completely worth the price. They were able to delivery the one we wanted with in two weeks of purchasing it. Madie has been absolutely amazing. She responds to texts or calls very promptly. If you are in certain of where to go for a hot tub I would say look no further. We love ours and use it often. It’s become a family event ☺️

Working with Maddie and the installation crew at Hot springs was great. I had some issues with the electrical installation by the electrician. The folks at hot springs had nothing to do with the issue however took ownership and replaced the parts needed to get my sauna running. Easy to be the good when everything just works, however being the best means making it work when its not easy!

My husband and I just went in to look at saunas and Maddie came over and answered all my questions and let us know about the Black Friday sale and we went home to sleep on it and ended up buying it that night. She was super friendly and the process was almost effortless. She even followed up with me once we got it home to make sure it was working correctly and no delivery issues. I would highly recommend Hot Spring Spas! They have now assisted in 2 Hot Spring Spas hot tub set ups.The first was back in March for some family members. None of us knew anything about hot tubs. Everyone there was incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. When we finally decided on one they made it very easy for delivery/set up. The delivery team was professional and contacted us prior to make sure everything was ready. In my world it's all about communication so that was great.The second hot tub was just recently delivered and nothing has changed. The whole Hot Spring Spas team is incredible. Aaron, the salesman, did an amazing job helping us find the right hot tub. He went above and beyond for us.I find myself walking in and saying "it's me again" because of all the times I go in and all the questions I have but each and every time they are professional, polite, and friendly.If you are looking for a hot tub, I would not look anywhere other than Hot Springs Spas!

Highly recommend purchasing from and or doing service with Hotsprings! Very friendly and helpful staff. My wife and I started shopping for a hot tub and this was our first stop. We honestly had zero knowledge on what to look for in a hot tub, we just knew we wanted a salt water. We met Madalyn(Madie) when we walked in the door and she was able to point us in the right direction based upon the size of the tub we wanted and being salt water. She was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions we had about hot tubs and managing a hot tub. She then showed us the Covana, let me tell you that is a game changer for a hot tub. There is a picture of it on this review. She was also very knowledgeable on that product. We crunched some numbers together and we honestly had our mind made up before we left the store but we still stopped at another hot tub store here in town to compare product. Hotsprings tubs had the other store beat. The delivery and set up was amazing with a great groups of guys that knew what they were doing. Once everything was set up and the tub was filled, the set up crew took a water sample back to the store. Madie messaged me later with specific details on what chemicals and how much to add to get the water to where it should be. She also provided great detail on to how to manage it once the water was where it should be. She’s also been very helpful on answering questions with in the first couple weeks of running the hot tub. We’ve bought a few hot tub accessories and some fun additives for the water since our purchase and have dealt with other staff members there doing so. They are all great to deal with! Definitely a 5 star rating!!!

We reached out about a pool for our backyard. Being totally new to the ins and outs of larger pools, Madie was amazing! Every email was answered promptly, no question was overlooked, and she guided us to a pool that fit our needs perfectly! Hot Springs Spas provided my wife and I an exceptional purchase experience. As hot tub “rookies”, Madie was very knowledgeable and helpful as we tried to navigate the process of choosing and purchasing the correct product for our family. After the sale, the service has been impeccable. Madie has reached out several times to check in on how the setup went and how things are working. I went back to the store about two weeks after purchase, just to have our water tested to ensure we were on the right track. Again the service and education provided by staff at the store was extremely helpful.

Our whole experience with Hot Springs has been soured. We had our hot tub installed in March and we are still waiting to have the electrical work completed and its now June.While Hot Springs does not perform the electrical work, we utilized the contractor they referred, RK Electric, and they coordinated for the job so we would not have to deal with the situation we are in today.Unfortunately, the electrical contractor botched the job and Hot Springs had to come out and rewire the Hot Tub so it would work. Additionally, the electrical conduit has been run in a way that causes a tripping hazard and constant debris build up when it could easily have been run properly out of the way and out of eye site. The electricians left an outlet completed uncapped and covered with electrical tape. The electricians while at my home complained the entire time that they should have been doing a different job and not our Hot Tub install. Both Hot Springs and the electrical contractor agree the work t hat was done at our home was not done properly.We have called and followed up with both Hot Springs and the electrical contractor over the last three months. Now, the electrical contractor is not willing to fix his work without charging us double the originally quoted price of $500 - $700. Not to mention, its been three months and we are the ones chasing him to complete the work. Hot Springs has tried to help but ultimately claims to not have power over the electrical contractor they referred and coordinated the install of our their hot tub.The electrical contractor is pointing their finger at Hot Springs and Hot Springs is pointing their finger at the electrical contractor and we are left holding the bag trying to figure out how to fix a problem we did not create but are left to deal with ourselves. This Hot Tub was a birthday present from my husband to myself and the kids. We are very disappointed and this has soured the whole experience. If we could go back knowing what we know now, we would not have purchased this Hot Tub from this vendor nor would we ever allow RK Electric to perform any work to our home or elsewhere.
