My newly bought home had no gutters or downspouts. Eddie quickly gave us an estimate and time for installation. He was the cheapest price for installation, I called a dozen places. I was shocked at how quick, sturdy, and cleaned up after the project. Maybe 1 hour, and he was done. Have nothing bad to say. Professional and respectful.

Eddie replaced the roof on our multi family property a couple years ago and was supposed to do more work. He initially responded to phone calls and emails, but he never came back to finish up the work (that was paid for) and we also had leaking issues about a year later.

My experience with Edie's is a horrible one. Not only does he not pay his employees he will also plant cameras inside your house so to black mail you. shoot the windows out of your house and refuse to pay for then days later he'll shoot you in your vehicle and deny it. He doesn't follow through with any agreement. I've witnessed multiple buildings he has destroyed. I'm pretty sure he's not insured anymore . One of which is an apartment building flood the whole top floor cuz he left the job not secure for the weekend . He's quick to blame someone else . the entire rubber roof that he put on lifted off of industrial building in Dickenson.two screw or nails for every 8 ft board holding the roof on. He's currently refusing to give me the title of house I bought from him. And is facing three to five years in prison for terrorizing.

I have nothing but good things to say about my entire experience with Imperial Roofing and Construction. From my first conversation with Eddie until the job was complete; very professional and I was always kept informed each step of the way. He showed up as scheduled and was done as planned. High quality work!! Prior to the job, he covered all of the options that were available for my roof and recommended a few things that I wasn't even aware of e.g., replacing all of my old style vents with a newer style vent system. He treated my mobile home and garage roofs as if it were being installed on a larger more expensive home. I would highly recommend Eddie's company to anyone looking for a professional high quality team to do your roofing. Again, Great job!

Eddie replaced the roof, but when I had leaking issues, he never returned phone calls, texts or emails. I would not use him again. Im not certain if he is even in business anymore.

Eddie was very responsive and was able to pivot when plans changed. Work was completed very quickly and there was no mess left behind. The work has not been tested yet as it has not rained but the pictures he showed me of what work was done makes me comfortable that the project was successful. Eddie and the gentleman that was helping him with my roof where nice and pleasant, worked hard and answered any questions or concerns I might of had. Would absolutely recommend i live out in the middle of no where and this company had no problem coming out they replaced my garage roof last summer and just had them back out to replace the one on my house they were professional with great attitudes they showed up on time and got the job done everything was explained, answered all my questions, didn't leave any mess plan on having them back when it comes to replacing my siding
