We had a great experience with Kamrose when we put in new kitchen cabinets. Kay had lots of good suggestions on ways to maximize the available space. She was always available for consultation, and kept us informed throughout the process. The crew was very knowledgeable and professional as they fixed the drywall, installed the cabinets, and painted. We also worked with Kay to design a custom wheeled island to match our new cabinets. We had Kamrose remodel our bathroom in the basement. When we bought the house we had to redo the shower in the basement because it leaked. The plumbing company we hired at that time did not finish out the shower because we "needed to hire a contractor to finish framing & drywall". So about 4 years layer we had Kamrose come in. They had to take the shower back out because none of the walls were straight. After they were finished I finally have a great looking bathroom!Service: Bathroom remodeling

I was so excited to work with this company. Kay came out and gave me an estimate on building a bathroom in our basement, she had great ideas and I was willing to spend the extra money she was talking about to make the space functional. A few weeks went by and I reached out to her to confirm we wanted to move ahead with the project and find out when they could start and what sort of money I would need to put down. About a week went by and she got back to me saying she would get some numbers together and come up with plans for approval. That was on Christmas Eve. A few weeks later I reached out again to follow up and received no response, so I reached out again, no response. Upon the 3rd follow up with no response I figured I would just move onto a different company.UPDATE: The company has responded saying they e-mailed me over an estimate, after looking back through my junk mail folder I do not see the estimate they are talking about. Wish I would have heard back sooner from them regarding this issue, it mostly feels like they didn't want to take this job on after seeing their response below, as I also never received any drawings from them that they mention in their response.
