Paramount Builders completed the buildout for Apricot Lane Boutique in January... early! As a franchisee, we were warned by headquarters that the construction process usually delays openings because buildouts are rarely done on time. However, Paramount delivered with a very early completion and left us with a beautiful space! We were able to have plenty of time to get the boutique set up before opening day because of their timeliness and quality work. Thanks Paramount Builders!

I've been hearing so many horror stories of inadequate built homes and my wife and I grateful to have such an amazingly built home in Watford City built by Jared's team . We are approaching two years in house and it's as solid as the day we received our keys , the few minor things were resolved and this review is an honest man's opinion and most importantly is I sleep well knowing I made a sound investment with purchasing a Paramount home.

When we initially were deciding on a builder for our “forever” home, we wanted someone local, with experience, and that also had a good reputation. Paramount Builders is all of that and more! We had a lot of ideas for the design of the house, but no idea how to put them together. They were very helpful in designing a house that looks great and had a lot of insight in creating a house that functions exactly as we wanted. We spent a lot of time collaborating with their team and it was enjoyable with their calm, accommodating personalities. Throughout the entire building process, we never hesitated to contact them with questions or concerns, and they were always very responsive. Any changes to budget were agreed upon before work was done, we had no surprises at closing. They coordinated with all the sub-contractors very well and kept us updated throughout the entire process. We moved in right before the lockdown for the pandemic and we were in continuous contact with them regarding walk through and touch ups. We absolutely love the finished product of our “forever” home, but if we ever build again it will be with Paramount. If you want a job well done, they're not only professional but the quality work they deliver is in a league of their own. Had the opportunity to See their work right across from another prominent competitor. When the dust settled at the end of the day, they not only got it done in less time. The finished product was precise to the degree that it made the other guys right across the street look like amateurs. Expect a Solid choice with concrete results and you wont be dissapointed.
