Our electric furnace wasn’t heating and the house was down to 38F when we came home. They were very responsive, professional and knowledgeable!! Very thankful for their help to get us up and going again in mid January!!!!

At one time we used to use this company in town for our yearly maintenance on both our heating and cooling system. Several years ago they came out to service our system and found a problem which they pointed out to me. The Technician suggested we get a new Heating & A/C unit since the one we had was quite old. I agreed. After the unit was installed we called and they came out at least 1-2 more times to provide maintenance. Never had a problem contacting them nor coming out to the house. About a year or two ago, I called them to service both the A/C & heating but they never came. I made a call after a month to see if I was on the list and again they said someone will come to the house. No one called or showed up...Finally on my third attempt I went to their office to see why I haven't heard from them and again received the assurance I was on the list. After a month or two I gave up and wrote them off. Took my business to another local company in town. I rated them 2 stars because of their poor responsiveness.

I give them 5 stars because they do good work and are easy to work with. The crew is pleasant when they arrive at your place to do the job and have been knowledgeable in my experience. I also give them credit for prioritizing work and making sure people or businesses that have emergencies are taken care of with the limited technicians they have. I've been waiting a while for them to get around doing annual maintenance on my equipment.. That being said, I do NOT have an emergency , probably because they do good maintenance every year, when they can get to it, and keep everything working .. so I won't take stars away for that. Good place, good work . Just busy.

Dear Marketing Department.This is not a criticism but an Informational review. Your current radio ad may make veterans and active duty I know go crazy. A quick Google search would have told you that CURRENT military and veterans are not celebrated on memorial day! It is a day set aside to memorialize those who have DIED while on active duty. The current mitary are shown America's appreciation of their service on Armed Forces Day . Officially it is May15 but is celebrated on the 3rd Saturday of May annually. Veterans are celebrated on Veterans day November 11th every year. Do better. You are insulting a significant part of the local residents which I'm sure are part of your target audience for your servicesFrom a spouse of disabled vet of 32 years.

I asked for them to come out and do an estimate to put in an furnace and ac in my house 4 or 5 months ago. They still haven't called me back. I'll take my business elsewhere.
