Amazing experience with Dabella Fargo, Chad and Tanner did a fantastic job explaining everything when it came to my roof, They also did everything in there power to make it affordable and give me a good deal. The installation of my roof went very well the installers were very kind and did a really good job at cleaning up! I loved the experience so much I am now getting a new window from them as well!

We wanted to update rating about this company, as initially we had reviewed it positively. The past few weeks have completely changed our mind. It seems like many other reviewers have had similar experiences.The sales rep that we had was nice and informative. It has become clear to us that DaBella trains their employees to follow very specific sales procedures.We were told we had to make a decision that day about if we wanted a new roof, which is something that most people need time to review and compare quotes. We felt extremely pressured to make a decision that day, which led to an exhausting 2.5 hour sales pitch while we were trying to get supper ready for our 2 kids. We told them if they needed a decision right now, the answer is no.This seems ironic that we needed to make a decision on the spot, considering someone from DaBella has called us at least once a day for the past 2 weeks, including weekends. They are asking to come to our house AGAIN to give us a new, updated quote with some new deal. We’ve asked them to send us a new quote, as we do not have any interest in spending any more time listening to this company’s antics. Every other contractor in Fargo can complete this same process in less than an hour.Their product seems very innovative for roofing material, but I would avoid unless you have infinite amount of time to spend talking to this company.

We had a very positive interaction with Thomas from DaBella today. He came to our home, measured the windows we needed to replace, and helped us to decide on the window solution that fits our needs. He also was respectful of our budget and worked with us to stay in our target range. We feel confident in the company and the products they provide. Once we have our new windows installed, we will be happy to update this review.

I had previously had an appointment through Dabella, no one showed up or even called me. They rescheduled and Thomas came out and showed up unlike the last person. Thomas was very informative and personable, they made up for my previous interaction and found a roof that was comfortable for me. I'm excited for my new roof!

Alessandra and Thomas were so helpful this morning. They were here at 10:00 right on the dot and really took the time to get to know me when they first got here. I have had trouble for 5 months trying to get another company to help me and Alessandra and Thomas were able to help me in just one sitting. I have installed roofs myself and the quality this company provides is simply outstanding. Both Alessandra and Thomas were very helpful finding a package that worked for me and helping me get financed for this project. I would recommend this company for anyone looking to get their roof replaced.

Alessandra and Thomas came out to my home and gave me a roof and window inspection and they were so helpful. I have hated working with contractors in the past, as they have given me cheap products and done poor installs on my home. I want a forever roof and that is exactly what Alessandra and Thomas are giving me today. I would highly recommend working with these two on your future projects. They found programs that would work for me being on fixed in income and have been amazing in explaining everything to me.

I applied for free Windows, we did not qualify for free windows but Thomas Kaste came to give us a free estimate. We could not afford any worthwhile install plans for new windows but the customer service was over the top. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and he did the best he could to get us the best deal. I believe the products and company are of top quality. He was able to come up with a really good deal but we still could not afford it. If I come up with the money I definitely will be contacting them for windows

Met with a nice gentleman named Thomas who was very informative and thorough in his inspection. After seeing a demonstration of the technology for triple pane with krypton gas I was convinced I needed this in my house. The energy savings alone would pay for themselves within even a few months in the Midwest. 10/10 would recommend.

The process did take quite a bit longer than we anticipated (4 hours!), but as someone who is very detail oriented, their time and effort was very much appreciated.PS - Despite any reports to the contrary, we did not keep them in our basement. ;)

Someone from DaBella knocked on our door offering to look at the 'damage from the ice storm' offering a no obligation quote. The next day we had to convince them to leave four times after they tried selling us on windows that had no storm damage. I appreciated their pitch and time but I didn't appreciate the fact that they simply would not leave our house even after we asked them to "please leave our house" they came back after a few minutes of sitting in their car and gave another plea for us to sign a contract with them on the spot.I continued to tell them no, (probably a total 7 times) but wow, they do not take no for an answer. Only have them give you a quote if you plan on working with them, otherwise good luck trying to convince them no. Even if they are a great quality contractor, we will not be doing business with DaBella after this experience. It was apparent they value sales over customers.

Ellie, who came out was great in many ways. Very Informative, knowledgeable, very clear and easy to talk to, to name a few. She was very thorough on her presentation and showed great knowledge when asked questions. She also was very helpful on getting the financial aspect of this project palatable so we could proceed to get this project done.
