Recently had our roof replaced following a hail storm. Starting from the first point of contact, Lance (our local sales rep) was great to work with. He explained the entire process very clearly and answered any questions we had. From paperwork to insurance process it was a breeze working with Lance. We had a couple concerns during the process but Lance and the team did a great job working with us to take care of the concerns that allowed us to be very comfortable with the project. This company is first class when it comes to customer service. When the roofing crew showed up on project day, they did a phenomenal job with everything. Hard working, courteous, and polite was our experience with the team onsite. They started the removal at 7am and the were cleaned up and on the road by about 2:30pm. We are very happy with the finished project and the entire process of working with Fargo Roofing & Siding. I would definitely recommend giving Lance and the team a call if you are in the market for new shingles or siding.

Wonderful customer service and communication from our project manager, Lance. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and true to his word! The roofing team was fast, efficient, and friendly. It amazes me how hard-working shingling teams are. They made sure the yard was spotless of debris once completed too. We are very pleased with this company and highly recommend them!

An all-around impressive ambassador for the company and their services. The roofing team was also top-notch, starting and finishing work on time, as promised. Just had my house and shed reshingled and they did a nice job from start to finish. They laid tarps around the parameter and picked up any debris that missed the tarps, they used a blower and blew off the roof and gutters and blew off the driveway. Seth was very pleasant to talk to and was quick to respond to any questions I had. Top notch company.

All around great experience. Had an insurance claim on my house and garage roof. Fargo roofing didn't simply put back as it was, Lance made certain everything was done right. Sheeting replacement, IWS all around, relocating and addition of ventilation, low slope roll roofing on the porch, new skylight installation... the workmanship is great, the color combinations between the shingles, the roofing accessories and flashings etc all look great. Even with all the upgrades Lance recommended and I wanted they completed the job at a trivial amount more than insurance quoted, then insurance covered it anyway! I didn't have to do any paperwork. Fargo Roofing handled it all, that was probably the best part.Services: Attic venting, Skylight installation, Roof installation

We're very pleased with the roofing project. The guys doing the install were courteous, kept on task and did an extraordinary job on the clean-up--I've never had any construction people clean up like they did.Darren was awesome to work with, he is knowledgeable, answered our questions and explained the job thoroughly. He was available before, during and after the project.The only drawback was the wait time, however, we were forewarned.

Darren was absolutely great to work with, and the guys were very quick. We had 48 houses roofed and some siding work done as well. As with any large project, unexpected issues popped up that were no fault of theirs but they took the time to correct them anyway with no added cost.Communication and responsiveness was great and they did a good job keeping things clean and organized. I'm pleased with the results thus far and don't have any worries for winter. We hired Fargo Roofing and Siding for a very complicated roofing job on our south Fargo home.Our project manager- Matt was great and did an amazing job of planning and tracking our project and working through many unexpected issues due to the terrible condition of our old roof. We ended up with "plan C" and his team did an awesome job of improvising as needed to do the job right. After the roof was completed, we had gutters installed and the team who did the installation were quick and professional and did a great job as well. The new roof looks amazing and we've already noticed an improvement in heating/cooling due to the upgraded insulation and venting in our roof.We are so happy we hired Fargo Roofing and Siding for the job. Their level of communication and quick responses to any questions were very much appreciated and we are very satisfied with their work.
