Our custom oak floor installed in 1996 had seen better days after 3 kids and 3 hunting dogs were raised, grew up and moved on. We needed a change from the honey oak stain so Jim stripped them to bare wood and did a beautiful, natural finish. His workmanship is impeccable, he started and finished as promised, our project was dust-free, and his follow-up has been amazing. We highly recommend him for any hardwood floor maintenance or a complete re-do like we did.

Jim & Ben came into the project having to install new Australian Cyprus wood floor to match existing (20) year old floor and another location that was (15) years old. The new flooring was unfinished, he matched up new installation to the old. Everything, new & old was then sanded and stained with a seal coat. One would never know the flooring has been installed in (3) different segments over 20 years time.His timing was spot on. Two months from start date he said he would be here on a Thursday in July and I thought to myself that there is no way he will be here on a Thursday to start a new job.....I will look for him Monday. Thursday at 8:00.... They show up. They did a fantastic job at cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day. Kind and courteous. My house is from 1916 and had the original wood floor hidden underneath a horrendous carpet that had been in the house since the late 1980's in one room. My wife and I were told it was due to lots of damage. And carpet glue was used to put it down instead of staples. We hired Jim to do our floors and after I tore up the carpet and saw the amount of glue I was nervous as it basically hid any signes of damage. Jim came and sanded it down and it looked great already. There was one area needing replacement but only because an old vent hole was filled in using a 2x4 but no other damage. He replaced the wood and stained and finished everything very quickly and it looks fantastic. He was quick and professional the whole time. The floors look great. He even was able to match the old stain in the adjoining room so well I can barely even see a difference at the point where the floors meet up. Great Work! I highly recommend hiring them! Photos attached are with carpet being torn up, after sanding, and when its all done.

Jim did a custom stain for us that looks incredible. Jim is a true craftsman, extremely knowledgeable, and the utmost professional. He removed carpeting from my living room, hallway, stairs and 2 bedrooms and installed natural red oak. He also replaced the oak baseboard trim with white baseboard trim throughout my home, including the bathrooms, kitchen and dining area. His work has transformed my home and I absolutely love the completed project. The price was very fair and the quality is top notch. Jim doesn't cut corners, his work is top-notch, he is a responsive communicator, and is is very conscious about containing dust. He was also very COVID conscious and wore a mask inside my home. Jim just completed our floor yesterday. We were so impressed with how well it turned out. We have a parquet floor from 1975 and it had some wear outside of where we had the rug. He sanded it all down and put on a stain that looked similar but more brown. The floor looks so wonderful and somewhat updated because he put a satin finish on it and it had a glossy finish before. I was impressed with Jim's communication and professionalism. The job was also completed with no mess at all. We just had new carpet put in and I'm not sure how they kept everything so clean. Natural Accent Hardwood Floors refinished my maple floors after water damage. They were timely and got the project done right on time. They were very professional. Jim always responded to correspondence in a timely manner. He was patient when the stain didn’t match the old stain and put on many samples for me as we tried to match it. He answered all the questions I had on my flooring and the project. They just finished yesterday and the floors look great. The dust from sanding was minimal with the system he uses. Jim and his crew did a phenomenal job! They refinished and repaired the floors in our living room, dining room and office. The living room floor had been under carpet for years and had numerous pet stains as well as a very large repair where a wall used to be. Jim has able to breath new life into the floors and make them look like new! Jim did a great job with our project. We were in the market to get our wood floors re-done and repaired on our main floor. Jim was very responsive when we reached out and trying to figure things out in the process. He explained everything in detail and helped us understand what we needed to do to make sure our floors looked the best they could. Were very efficient and kept our house looking great, even while working on our floors.What I think sticks out is Jim's willingness to work with us and keep us updated. We originally were set to do this right after COVID hit and we had concerns due to having a highly risk person in the house. We figured initially we might have to pay a fee to reschedule, or something inflexible. Jim understood our concerns and worked with us to re-schedule, kept in touch if there was an earlier or later day that worked after we did. Summary: fantastic experience working with Jim and Ben. Responsive, great communication throughout, beautiful finished work, went above and beyond on a extras like staining the new stair handrail to match the floors. Estimate provided several options. The dustless option was truly dustless. They did the entire main floor, the stairs, and one upstairs room. The new house looks amazing, and I could not be happier!! Thank you!Other details: I recently relocated to Fargo and just bought a house; 1920s and in need of some updates. The floors were original red oak but were worn in many areas, had some damage, and had horrible cove and quarter round that did not match the floor or the oak baseboard. The final stain matched the original very well. They installed new matching quarter round throughout. All repairs looked great. Jim and Ben worked with my handyman to coordinate schedules and work around each other since both were on deadline. My handyman was incredibly impressed with the process and said the precision work and level of detail was well worth the price.

Great experience! Jim and Ben are the nicest guys and very easy to work with. They couldn't have done a better job. We absolutely recommend them to anyone. We were worried about the "dust factor". No need to worry. It was virtually non-existent. Our 21 year old floors went from sun faded and yellowish to the beautiful natural Red Oak they are supposed to be. They take the extra time to answer any questions and educate on the best way to care for your floors. Awesome experience!
