Great job! I called on Friday afternoon for a quote on Monday and Jason came on time at 10 AM Monday morning. He promised me a quote by the end of the day and I had it by 1PM. Once I gave him the go ahead he said he would call within 2 weeks to schedule an exact date and time. He called later that week and performed the work on Wed of the following week. Everything was professional, on time and it looks terrific! I feel the price was very fair as well.

Cannot say enough great things about this company! Jason was so quick and responsive to come out and evaluate my concrete. I had been trying to find someone all summer and was at the brink of giving up. I just happened to get the Polar Rise flyer in the mail and figured it was a sign. Polar Rise did not disappoint. His men onsite doing the work were also very pleasant and informative. Although the original full scope of work could not be completed due to issues beyond their control, they did everything they could. I appreciate the extra mile they all gave from start to finish. I will definitely seek Polar Rise in the future for any concrete challenges this old house presents me with and will recommend them to everyone I know.

We were very pleased with the job done by Polar. The two workers were very polite and professional. They did an outstanding job covering our porch furniture and what little mess they did make, made sure it was completely cleaned up. You could barely tell we had workers there. Very pleased with the service we received. Nick was a pleasure to work with, and was prompt, professional and courteous. Nick's estimate to add fill insulation to our attic was reasonable (we recently purchased a large home that required significant insulation fill). The job was done on time and on budget. The workers even removed some miscellaneous items from the attic that had been up there for years. After the job was done, we noticed the difference within our home immediately. I would strongly recommend Polar Insulation.

These guys are very professional, prompt, and do a great job. I had a couple of concrete slabs outside of doors around the house that were graded towards the house. Every time it rained the water would pour in down the side of the foundation. They leveled out the slabs so there is a negative grade away from the house. Great communication. Prompt responses and frequent updates both before the job and during. I would recommend them to anyone looking for concrete leveling. Not to mention for a great price.

Had 2 crews--one to blow in insulation in the attic, the other to install batt insulation with poly cover in the garage. Both crews were early (!); very professional, efficient, got right to work, and cleaned up after themselves. Excellent!

I highly recommend Polar Insulation. They provided foam jacking and filled voids under concrete patios and steps at our homeowners association. Both of them were more than happy to answer questions and explain the process and our options during the initial on-site visit to bid and while on-site completing the work. They were prompt for all appointments and the work was completed to our satisfaction within the scheduled work days. I would not hesitate to work with them again!

They did an awesome job at a facility I oversee. They were prompt, clean and did an excellent job of communicating to me during all phases of the project. They accommodated our business hours by being on site very early in the morning as to disrupt business as little as possible.We have 26 other locations and I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Nick came out soon after I called and gave the job quote. Our water pipes froze when it got cold and after they did the insulation they didn't freeze anymore. They were great to work with and did a super job. Recommended.

Nick and his team at Polar Insulation did a great job lifting the concrete sidewalk that goes from our driveway to the front door of our house. They lifted the settled concrete 3-4 inches so the transition from the sidewalk to the first step was back to its original place. Everything looks awesome and holes they had to drill were much smaller than the holes used for mud or sand jacking.

We had some concrete cracks that had been absolutely driving me crazy! I found out through Facebook that Polar Insulation had a solution for this issue, so I reached out to them. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail from the time of the estimate, to the time the work was completed. They took the time to show me why I was having concrete movement, and explain my options to fix the problem and prevent future issues. Communication was important to me, and I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I understood what they were going to do, and when they were coming. Overall I would highly recommend these guys!

When they came out and looked at my problem - two slabs, one had dropped approx. 2" - they let me know that it would be doubtful for them to be able to get it to rise enough to be level again, but it was at a trip-point in my walkway, so I decided to go forward with it.They actually got it perfectly level and it now looks great! Better than I would have though! And the work was done in just a few hours (it was a large patio area).I am a very satisfied customer!
