We ordered all new windows and 1 exterior door for our home in about November 2023. We were told they would be custom made and would be May of 2024 before installation. No big deal for us. We got a call in the middle of March and they were ready to start the following week. The installer that came out was a very outstanding professional who did everything very precisely, never wasted a minute, & was very nice to be around. We would highly recommend Anderson Windows & Western Products.

On August 21-22, 2023 we were blessed with 2 window installers from Renewal by Andersen division of Western Products, Fargo, North Dakota. After explaining the project they began their diligent work. My husband and I were both so impressed with their work ethic. There was stellar work done both days. Everything went as expected and great work on removing the wall AC, enlarging the opening and installing a window. The initial estimate for work to begin was daunting but they were able to come 4 months earlier! Workmanship was excellent (Mike).

A new patio door and a window was installed. The process from sales to the installation was great. The installation was done quickly and properly. Had good communication! We had six windows replaced years ago and they are still like new units! I highly recommend them!

I have worked with Eric (Home Improvement Specialist) before he worked with Western Products, so I knew his honesty and work ethic. We purchased a new home knowing the windows were original to our 76 model home, and needed replacement. Reached out to Eric initially in January and got a bid he was not pushy when we decided to wait. Fast forward we decided to order in In august expecting to wait until next year. They were installed last Friday. The installers were early and started on time. They were efficient and clean, not tracking dirt inside. Our installers, Jeremy and Ethan were very professional and excellent at their job, and the finished product is beautiful! The windows are quiet, smooth opening, and tinted to perfection! We have a huge wall of windows to the east with different shapes and sizes, and they turned out wonderfully! We would definitely recommend Western Products and Renewal by Andersen for any project. The replacement was easy. We were given a time and they showed up exactly as expected. The installation was faster than we expected. The man who came out initially to measure gave us a heads up on how to prepare and paint, so once the window was in the project was complete. The only negative was we had to wait 7 weeks for the upstairs windows because of production delays. Very easy to work with initially and the windows and doors look nice except for one follow up issue with a small spot missed when staining around the windows and no call back. Also the financing we agreed to was for the interest to start accumulating after the job was done which wasn't until the end of August because they were that far behind. However I started getting statements in April prior to that with the financing starting to accrue interest in March which is when the job was supposed to be done. I was told the date would be adjusted to reflect the correct completion date of August 25 so the interest wouldn't start accumulating until the job was done but that hasn't happened and no one will return my calls.
