I loved the spacious layout and industrial feel of my apartment at SGC! Underground parking was a huge plus! The staff at Roers were so easy to work with- I had a great experience with Lindsey at Roers for my tour, lease signing, move out, etc. Would recommend Roers for your housing needs!

U32 has been a great and fun-filled place to live. The units are splendid, the buildings are very clean and the ability to pay one bill each month has made budgeting very applicable. While we did have some issues with maintenance, Roers made up for it and ensured that we were taken care of accordingly.

We had a small concrete project that we need done at our home. I called many concrete conpanies, and many would not even call back, and those that would were too busy to address our job for many months.Once I contacted Roers, they responded immediately, and within one week, the job was done! Working as a subcontractor to Roers, we have always been treated with the upmost respect and always had a "voice at the table" during our meetings. Not just a number or a "contract". So thankful for Roers and their willingness to help out in our Dickinson community! I co-lead our local giving tree program for the holidays and upon learning that our original space that we use to wrap and had out gifts to over 400 kids would be unavailable, Lisa and the Roers team immediately stepped up and generously donated us space at one of their buildings. We are so grateful for Roers without them I'm not sure if this years giving tree would've been possible!

Within my first 3 months I had to make 3 maintenance requests, 2 of which I had to repeatedly ask for them to fix. Rarely see anyone in the office and trying to get a hold of someone via text or call is a nightmare. Very unsatisfied with the management both with communication and how they deal with their tenants. Chances of me renting with Roers again is slim.

My roommate and I toured U32 apartments, and absolutely loved it!! We decided to move in, and they were running a really great special. It was so hard to pass up! I really love that the utilities are included. Just a one rent check!! The staff was very helpful, and was quick to answer all of my questions. Made the transition very smooth! Would highly recommend to my fellow friends looking for a place to live!!

I live in the Metropolitan building currently with Roers, and so far, I've had a great experience. We LOVE our apartment and the staff is great (especially Joey, he's always nice and quick to respond). I feel like we pay fair rent for our place and have not had any issues with neighbors or uncleanliness in the building. Overall, I would recommend Roers!

My husband and I stayed in a room while we were visiting Fargo. The staff was so welcoming and kind. The room was very clean and inviting! We loved having a full kitchen that we could use to cook our meals. It was really close to everything (about a 10 minute drive). We will definitely be staying here again!!

Roers Property Management is one of the worse companies I have ever associated with. We signed a lease with them in 2018 only to find out that we could not live there due to mold and them illegally allowing to many people on the lease. Flash forward to 2020 after living in the house they showed us ,to make up for that catastrophe, for almost three years we have just found out that they did the same thing. We have to many people on the lease and two of the bedrooms are not up to code. They have done nothing to help or try to ease the process of being forced out by the city in less than 20 days. Management has not apologized or even reached out. The only reason I gave them a star is because Mike the maintenance man apologized to us for the inconvenience and has always been extremely helpful. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Do not do business with this companies. Their sub Dakota Latitudes, did not pay and owes my company 97000 dollars. Upon reaching out to Roers they assured me they would work with me to ensure I was paid. All they did was buy time to make sure they wouldn't have to pay. Completely ran me out if business and ruined mine and my family's life.

Slow at repairs and building upkeep (how long is that sheetrock patch going to go unpainted - now taking bets). Building temps are not controlled well so you freeze in the winter and roast in the summer. Snow removal is non-existent. Seriously considering bringing my own shovel to work but why is that even necessary!? We have individuals with special needs and they don't even clear the snow for them. This is just the short list.
