I really can’t say enough good about Scheels H&H. Every department you walk through there is a friendly face that knows exactly what they’re talking about. I’m looking at upgrading chainsaws and while looking, one of the mechanics took time out of his day just to chat with me. Compliments to staff and management for developing a professional, friendly and knowledgeable atmosphere. I’ve made my big purchases here in the past and will continue to do so as the support and care put into customer service is second to none.

Usually pretty good service. Was in today and was told an item I want was no longer available for purchase so I bought something less desirable, only to find out when I got home that it was still available. Worth buying then making a separate trip and dealing with the return process? Probably not. Advice to others is to check yourself while at the store since you can’t always rely on what’s being told to you. Gave 4 stars because it was likely an isolated incident. Hopefully..

Cafe Robert inside Scheels Home and Hardware is phenomenal!! The ladies working there are fabulous and SO friendly. The customer service world doesn't deserve them Great soup and sandwich lunch specials - everything is homemade!

Spent a ton of time trying to find a 40 ounce blue stanley tumbler. I called this branch and talked to a Laura and she knew what i was talking about before i even finished explaining it. What a bubbly personality. She helped so much. Hang on to her!

Had such a wonderful experience last night! I needed 14 gallons of paint which I know is a lot of work for the employees. They were happy to help! They grabbed all the paint for me, even offered to help load it in my truck for me!!! Exceptional service from Colleen and Josh in the paint department! 100/10 recommended going to Scheels Home and Hardware for your painting needs!

Shoe scales need updating or are shoe manufacturers each using their individual scales? Ended up with a good fitting pair of shoes just nowhere near what the scale showed😁

We're very helpful. I called back with the model #'s of my Toro mowers and they had the oil filters on hand. Also the cutting blades for one I needed. Very helpful people too. Good place.

Amazing place to shop for all your sporting goods needs. Sales reps are usually very knowledgeable and are great at what they do. Won't go anywhere else when it comes to outdoors stuff. The return policy is amazing as well.

Went in looking for a part for a snowblower, but since I didn't have a part number Jeff was very rude and not willing to take the time to look it up. Thank goodness there was another guy, Dan, who took the time to run in the back and find me what I needed. If it weren't for Dan, I think I would have left the store and never come bac.

First time in this location and I could have stayed and shopped for days. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. A huge thank you to Gavin who not only helped me find the perfect pizza oven but all the other things I needed to make my experience with it a success. He even took the time to put the whole oven together for me and explain how to use it. Also, thank you very much to Joe who stopped to share his pizza making techniques, stories and tips for success so that I went home a very confident, satisfied customer. I love this Scheels, I buy all lawn tools and supplies here. They have a wonderful selection of products, real quality, prices are reasonable. I personally went in to have keys made a picked up 2 wonderful, beautiful canvas paintings!!!!!

This store is always interesting Good place to go for ace products. But I would never spend $400 for a small pizza maker much less the 1200 for the large one. oh my gosh. Great selection of Weber grill products though with all the extras. Bells and whistles$).
