Overall I had a fairly good experience with Steamatic. I thought the project manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. What I didn't like was they assigned 3 different crews to do the work. You never knew who was going to show up one day to the next. I would have preferred an assigned crew complete the whole project start to finish. This created confusion for the last crew out of Grand Forks on the last day. They tore down an entire wall that didn't need to be torn down. That wall caused me the most problems with the contractor and insurance adjuster that approved and repaired the project. I would hire them again provided I was assured the same crew would complete the work start to finish. The crews did an excellent job cleaning up at the end of the day and was appreciated.

I’ve used Steamatic of Fargo twice in less than 6 months. Once for mitigation in one location and carpet cleaning in another. I was very happy with the service in both. They were helpful and very professional. The carpets came out beautifully.The mitigation project was overwhelming at the time but they walked me through every step and made it so easy. I would highly recommend them for both processes.

Well, to start, the beginning of our fire clean-up has not started. I will say working with them to this point, as far as phone calls and in person visits, this company has been very concerned, considerate, and understanding. That's why they get five stars. All that could change when the cleaning starts. I am hopeful it won't. Time will tell.UPDATE: they have come in and they took care of business! They cleaned and cleaned. They took excellent and extremely amazing care of all the extremely old glassware that has been past down generations. All of mothers little collectibles in the hutch were also cleaned perfectly. They truly cared about our home and even got done ahead of schedule.Thank you Steamatic for the work and care on our home.

Tim did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. He walked us through every step of the way. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and really needed a good detail, which I am happy to say we received. Andrea was wonderful to work with when getting our appointment set up. Definitely recommend!

We had water damage that started with an ice dam winter 2023. We had Steamatic come out and access it all. We had a few technicians work on our project; Chase, Eli, Deidra and Hayden. They all were so professional and knowledgeable. They hauled in and lifted equipment with ease. The area worked on was enclosed and clean. They called prior to arriving and while there kept us updated on the progress. I would highly recommend Steamatic. They are the best in the area!

Steamatic is a one stop shop when you have to deal with a disaster!! I needed them twice in one year and after ONE phone call they took care of everything, setting up plumber, electrician, floor installation, drywaller and painter. I received prompt service for remediation of mold in June 2023. The staff were professional. They cleaned up everday before they left for the day. They answered all my questions. From beginning to end Steamatic was very professional and courteous in all aspects of cleaning up my garage after a small fire destroyed cabinetry, drywall, and all contents. the best thing they did was to inventory and take pictures of every single little item that was destroyed for insurance purposes. This saved me heaps of time when it came to claiming items for insurance, and I was able to claim every single item that was damaged.
