I wish I could give my experience with them less than one star.I ordered a $700 poker table for Christmas. The pallet/box came damaged to my house. I tried to refuse delivery, but the driver wouldn't take it back. Upon opening the package it was obviously damaged. Reported to Home Depot and was told a carrier would be calling to schedule a pickup appointment in 3-5 business days and then after the item is received by home depot I should have my refund back in another 3-5 days. So now, I'm out $700 for a few weeks, have no Christmas present and won't be able to get my refund and a replacement in time for Christmas. I also need to take time off of work to be home to ensure the table is picked up. I was told I could return at my local home depot, which my nearest one is 115 miles away one direction and I would have to take time off work and burn my own fuel and pull a trailer just to get compensated for the error home depot made. Customer Service was terrible, they just apologize but don't do anything to remedy the problem. I have also tried reaching them on several different social media platforms and no response. DON'T SHOP HERE!

Well let’s see…I called to the Garden Center today (May 12) to ask if they had a particular plant in stock. The employee told me “I don’t know, we’re too busy right now. You’ll have to come in and check it out yourself.” 🤦‍♂️ No but for real, that’s what she said.So I went to the store and found what I was looking for on my own. When I went to check out, the uniformed cashier was gossiping AT HER TILL with another uniformed employee (who happened to be the same one who was flippant with me on the phone…I recognized her voice). After several moments, the first cashier turned to me and curtly said “I’m not open” and then turned back to the other employee to continue their paid gossip session.Rather than deal with the ineptitude of these two, I got in another line - and now had to wait. When I finally got to the front and paid for my items, this third cashier said absolutely nothing to me throughout the checkout process.These employees are pros at being lazy and discourteous.Needless to say, I won’t shop here again.

Great place to buy all of your tools and lumber household needs. I buy my majority of tools from here. You can struggle sometimes finding employees to help but they seem far better than Lowe’s or Menards for finding help. Plus I use a lot of Milwaukee tools and storage which they support. Their Home Depot app is nice sometimes if you’re trying to find what is on sale.

I was told there was a feedback/questionnaire for the employees, however, I cannot find it so I figured I'd leave a review instead! I got the honor of being helped by a guy named, Todd. I usually don't ask for help within store..you know trying to be an independent woman in a home improvement store :).... However! This time I needed it, I was coming in to try to replace some bolts for a table I just bought that the head was slightly damaged on and I didn't have any tools that would fit! Well! That came to a quick end when Todd was willing to go through and try to find me new bolts, to deciding to actually find me a tool that not only is going to help my current situation but plenty of future ones by also saving me money and my wrist! Todd made my experience enjoyable with a friendly personality and some jokes made along the way and made me actually understand why he was suggesting to get a specific tool instead of just telling me to get it and sending me on my way! Todd, I hope you see this! Thanks for helping me out!

This is another story I could get lost in for hours. There is lots of parking for both small cars and big vehicles. Aisles were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I found out that I can get my would cut their to size by having the measurements I need. I believe there's an extra charge if you go more than one or two cuts but I'm not sure. The prices are competitive. I like how the aisles are clearly marked so you know where to go and you're not lost in roaming every which Way trying to find something. Shelving was well stocked with a great selection of product choices. I wish they had a better selection of furniture moulds and furniture decal transfers that I could make myself or premade for furniture. Some excellent brands would be Mint by Michelle, Redesign by Prima, IOD, Annie Sloan. I would love for H. D. To offer classes especially how to use certain tools especially for women. I never had shop in school and would love to know which tool works best for the job I need or basic diy classes for homeowners) single person home fixes

Love to check out the plant selection. Usually pick up one plant or succulent. Sometimes I get a dozen! I am disappointed that instead if discounting some of the plants that need a little extra TLC that are still viable and could be saved they just end up in the trash. Planters and all, seems like such a waste. My last visit I found a couple that are ready to flower! And the orchids!

Actually I have had good service from the store but the website is horrible. I have yet to complete a web purchase that has been enjoyable. First order was delayed by a couple of weeks second didn’t go through, had to go to the store to complete. Gave it a third try and item was sent to a store nowhere near me. Now after a 10 minute phone call my project is delayed by a week. I is disappointing that such a large and popular company has such a terrible process for online purchases. No longer a Home Depot customer.

Their staff was really helpful with our bathroom remodel. The vanity we ordered showed up with some knicks and dents, their staff noticed the damages when it arrived and immediately reordered. They contacted us to let us know and that the reorder would be at no cost to us. Super happy with our experiences with staff, product quality, and promptness of deliveries.

Hands down the best option in Fargo! Lowe's doesn't hold a candle to the customer service Home Depot offers! Literally there are workers standing in the aisles asking customers if they need any assistance... good luck getting that at Menards or Lowe's! I've bought 2 major appliance's through Home Depot and one major appliance purchase through Lowe's... Home Depot was BEYOND helpful and courteous compared to Lowe's! Home Depot is out of my way compared to Lowe's but regardless Home Depot has a lifetime customer with me!

I placed curbside order for a replacement rake.The website is easy enough to navigate&checkout. Got the notification that my order was ready quickly(30 min.or less).Went to go get my curbside order,pulled into a spot&it all went South from there. I tried to check in via the email I got(which also stated I could do it that way)or my only other choice was to download their app. So because the email kept taking me back to the"download the app to check in",I did just that&got absolutely no where,just an endless loop of what color is your car&what kind is it,that was it.I finally got frustrated&just went in to get my item.

The customer service is terrible. When painting our house they gave us the wrong color twice which extended the process significantly. Also waited in line for over a hour for two samples of stain when I was one of two people. And again waiting over an hour for curbside pickup. I understand when things get busy but this is too much. Don’t waste your time!

I was able to find a vendor that was working at the store to find me a person who could look for a shade creator for my plants. the employee was able to send me to the correct area and I found something that served my purpose.

I usually buy from Lowe’s but they didn’t have what I needed in stock so I went to Home Depot. I pre-purchased 59 bags of white marble chips that they had in store I watched the associate write my name down the day I purchased them and Write sold and he was supposed to mark them on the shelf as sold, he didn’t, so a week later came and I was supposed to pick the rocks up and they didn’t have them in stock. I literally will never buy from Home Depot again because I do not understand how I paid $300 for rock watched the employee mark my name on a slip of paper paper as sold and then he just never put them up then I spoke to a supervisor and she assured me that she knew it was their fault but there was absolutely nothing she could do even though they had all the rock I needed at Fergus Falls

I always shop with my husband at the home depot. He's deployed in the air force and I'm alone with very high energy toddlers. I didn't have the app downloaded for military discount since my husband is always the one to use it. I asked for help and instead of helping me with the discount one time while I was chasing 2 crazy kids around, they told me they couldn't do it.... which is an absolute lie. I used to work for home depot, I know it's possible. So they literally just sat and watched me struggle to go through the process of downloading the app and verifying my military affiliation, even though I have my military ID with me. The app wouldn't send the verification code to my phone and they just sat and watched me struggle. They didn't apologize. They were rude, disrespectful, and judgmental. When one of the associates saw how much I was struggling to watch the kids and keep them out of everything and get the app and verify everything, he walked over to do the discount. So very obviously they CAN do the discount. They just chose not to help me. I'm so disappointed. I've never been treated so badly at a home depot, and can say I will never be back to this location. If you are military or a veteran, or even a spouse of a deployed military member, they don't care and won't help, even just one time. So disappointing.

We went for the kids craft and were pleasantly surprised to find they have sidewalk salt. We got cleaning supplies as well and their garbage bins are around have the price of bins at walmart. Light fixtures are opposite so we did not buy a floor lamp.Very nice workers as well! Thank you to the two young women working the kids workshop 12/3!
