I wanted to share with you the wonderful job that our dealership did with our electronics installation. I cannot say enough good things about Tracker Boating Center Fargo. We are looking forward to the beginning of a great relationship and my SCUBA diving and fishing adventures. We were not in a hurry, but there were some incentives to purchase electronics in February and to have the job completed by the end of March. They delivered ahead of time, within budget, and they responded to all my emails and telephone calls in a timely manner. They worked with us on cashflow and payments so that everything remained within our comfort zone.

I was given a recommendation to Tracker Boat Center Fargo, ND. They recommended a “Spring Run Up”. I got back and estimate that was considerably high and felt like there was some red flags. Decided to take the boat out of there and get a second evaluation. It was found to be no issues with 3of the 6 items. The second place fixed the items they found and the cost was less than a 3rd of Tracker’s quote.

My experience with this business in not good. Over the course of a week, I sent 4 emails, 2 through the request for information form on the site, and 2 directly to Eric Nelson. I simply had a couple of questions before I came in to look at a Tahoe boat. I did not receive a single reply to any of them. By comparison, I sent one email to McLaughlin's Marine and received a reply in a little more than an hour. I think how a company responds to customers says a lot about the quality of their business. In this case, Tracker receives an F. My business is now going to their competitor.

So far so good.I brought my brand new ranger Fs 621 there for warranty work an they have treated me well... I bought my new boat in Moorhead, Minnesota At a Ranger dealer And I wouldn't go back there if they paid me a million bucks... im happy with Tracker .. An now they own Ranger boats..

I had a new sonar unit installed and an old unit moved to the bow. They did well communicating when they were unsure exactly how I wanted this and when the boat was done. The price was within their quoted range(albeit was at the top end). Overall everything looks good and turns on. The last test will be on the water. I will update if things change.
