Kris did a wonderful job installing and making sure every single detail was just right and not to mention the clean up was amazing! I didn’t even know a construction company was in my home! A little about Window World, and their service. They are professional at what they do, also give good fair prices. I had an eagle fly through my window, when I was watching the last season of Breaking Bad. Took me 30 mins to get that guy out of my house. Called the guys over at Window World the next day, and they put a new one in for me.So thankful for their help. Would definitely recommend!!!!!

We hired Window World for a large window replacement project (15 windows plus two large patio doors - one a custom build). Window World's quote was very competitive and was significantly lower than some of the other quotes we received for similar products.The install team were very professional and completed the entire project in five days. Some extra requests from us were willingly accommodated and we were very happy with their overall service. They also did a great job cleaning up and working around our family as needed.We love our new windows and look forward to the energy savings from replacing our old windows, ranging from 30 to 80+ years old. They look great and we have noted that the house is quieter and warmer following the completion of the job. We are very happy with our project and our decision to hire Window World of Fargo.

Not many people experience having three different companies install windows in their home in a 15 year period. The first 3 windows we were not happy with. You don't expect to have snow blowing through a closed window as well as enough breeze to move your curtains. We could never open the windows once the weather was below freezing. Two years ago we had another 2 windows replaced and they were good. Last year we decided to get the two most troubling windows replaced . We saw our neighbor getting new windows with Window World. I checked the reviews, checked with BBB etc. Erik came and gave us a quote and suggested crank out windows because we're facing the north and in a wind tunnel and they seal better. Why didn't anyone else tell us that?? I AM SO HAPPY with the windows that we now have. The installers were great, the product is so nice that we don't want to re-install our blinds to alter the smooth finish. Thank you Window World for giving me back the ability to have a few breaths of fresh air in the two rooms. I LOVE the windows.

This January when we called and arranged for the order of our windows, we expected the windows would arrive and be installed after the snow had gone. Surprise, surprise…they called mid-March and said our windows were in and set up a date for the end of March for installation. Window Works arrived…shoveled all the snow away from our windows and patio door and installed the windows and patio doors. They were very professional and quick! We signed a contract in mid 2023. We were told December install or early 2024. The team came through and did install Friday, January 12, 2024. Fantastic team! Job well done. Completed window install and combo door install in less than a day. Very clean and tidy throughout the day. Thank you!! What a difference in outdoor sound elimination and house already feels warmer

The whole experience was terrific !!!! from the initial consult, estimating to the install!! The high quality of the windows and very competitive cost sealed the deal. Then on to install by Shannon & Cody Green, which was very professional craftsmanship, no mess, no wall damage, and we had no type of touch up to do at all. When I came in late in the evening from a business trip, other than new style of windows I wouldn't have been able to tell they had been replaced. After about a week I actually noticed it seemed warmer inside and we don't regulate the room temperature but it was due to the fact the new windows didn't allow the cool temperature from drafts or just cold air transfer to permeate the way the old ones did which we didn't realize how bad that was. Window World recently replaced windows in our home. The team lead Andrew was professional and listened to us when we had concerns. Ten windows were replaced in our home in one day. The patio door was installed & the exterior was wrapped on the second day. The interior window trim was installed without incident. the color match to existing trim was spot on.The one hiccup was the patio door was ordered incorrectly. Installed new windows in every room of my 4 bedroom Bi level in fargo + patioDoor. Terrible job as you can see from pictures. No word about how they left large gaps letting cold air in, wall damage, windows not even flush with walls, and even installed a screen for one window that had a big hole in it. Called them after install and complained they did nothing. Beware. I see a lot of great reviews so maybe I had their worst crew on my project? I have rated my experience with Window World with 5 stars because I was pleased with the initial consultation/price quote and the installation of my new front door! My only concern throughout was the lengthy amount of time it took to receive my door after it was ordered. However, I realize this is a common problem in many construction situations these days.

From the time we inquired about a quote, to the order, and final installation, Windows Worlds communication was outstanding. Service was professional and quotes were comparable. E-mail and text communications kept us informed throughout the timeline, so we never had to call to see if they were still on target for installation. Workmanships was wonderful and the follow up thank you of cookies and gift card for $500 on future windows was a surprise. We will be going back to Window World as we continue to replace more windows in our home.

We just had our windows installed and I cannot say enough about how amazing was the whole experience! From our original consult with the wonderful Eric to the final install everything was so nice. Eric kept me up to date throughout the process and he’s super friendly. Our installers Alex and Dmitrii were great. They were friendly, courteous and super efficient. Dmitrii even offered to help me move some heavy palates I was struggling with in my back yard. Oh and the windows themselves are so nice. They’ve made our home feel bigger. There is even a significant reduction in outside noise which was unexpected.
