I called Wayne at Mark's HVAC to a rental I just purchased. I found out the AC didnt work the day I took over. I called Mark's and he met me there within a day. He looked at the AC and saw a compressor was bad, but then looked at the furnace unit, because there was a hole in the cover. After removing the cover he noticed holes in the heat exchange-to both furnaces, which would potentially cause carbon monoxide, and pointed them out to me. He stated he wouldnt be able to consciously replace the AC without replacing the whole thing. He was very kind and professional about it.A previous company associated with the rental and management company came and did not bother looking at the furnace with their diagnostics. Mark's had the whole thing done within a matter of days at a price much more reasonable than I expected.Thank you Wayne for being thorough to keep me from potential risks later.I would recommend them over anyone else in town.

Absolutely amazing! Our A/C broke down and they were able to get us in the next day at a decent price. My husband said that the man that came to take a look(Alex) was very nice, professional, and helpful. He showed my husband a few helpful things for the future and was able to fix our A/C within around 40 minutes. We are so grateful for them getting us in and taking such great care of us. The heating professional that came on our call when our furnace went out was very professional, courteous, and determined to find the cause of our furnace problems. He worked non-stop on a difficult furnace diagnosis and ended up here after 5 p.m. quitting time on a Friday, but he got it working again! You can be assured that Mark's Heating and Cooling will be our number one place to call for all our heating and cooling issues in the future. They did a phenomenal job!

My heater was running constantly would not shut off. I called Mark and set up and appointment that worked with my schedule. He was on time and fixed it within an hour. Very nice gentleman and professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

I hired them to install a new furnace 4 years ago and I haven't had a single problem. I bought a new shop condo that needs a furnace so I had to look them up to get another furnace installed and figured I should leave a review about how great they were on my first install!

I had called every were in town and i mean every were . just needed to talk to a tec to ask a question about my thermostat . no one want to talk to me with out sending some one over and charge me for coming over, I then called Mark's Heating & Cooling after calling every body else in mandan and Bismarck, I asked if I could speak with a tec .
