Nick is an expert at his craft both as a duct cleaner and a handyman. He cleaned my HVAC ducts and had them looking clean, the air that came out afterwards was cleaner and worth the money. Nick also came to clean the vent that goes to my water heater and took it upon himself to fix my water heater, he was able to get the water heater running when others were not. Would recommended One & Done to anyone I know.

Nick did an amazing job. Quality work in thoroughly cleaning our vents, ducts and furnace. Afterwards he showed me the amount that was cleaned out of our system and ducts. Nick also went above and beyond by explaining some info about our humidifier and how it affects the air quality. He also did some seal up work on a pipe to the outside on our sump pump. He explained the process and completed the job within the time frame he estimated. Nick did an outstanding job on the cleaning of our air ducts. He actually did more than what we paid him for like cleaning appliances and other vents. He educated us on proper cleaning procedures/techniques of things around the house. Immediately after Nick left we could tell the house smelled way better. Absolutely love the workmanship and professionalism that Nik and his team at One&Done have performed. Have referenced his work to others and and will hire One&Done again. I used them to clean furnace ductwork and our 25+ foot dryer vent. We new we were in trouble when our dryer kept burning up heating elements. Nik confirmed that our 2nd story dryer run was PLUGGED and in fact had visible signs of having charred and burned remains in it.... He cleared that dryer vent from both ends and inspected it with a camera system. I know his work and his work ethics saved us from a house fire. The company name although cute and catchy - is also exemplary of what they performed. Our house heating and dryer vent problems were a difficult task. He and his team took this on and upon arrival - did not give up and go home - until the job was done. It was a full days work to correct our issues; and I am happy to say it was truly a ONE & DONE project. Mission accomplished -- I will short list this company for other projects. I hired One&Done two different times. The first time was for cleaning the basement floor. It had carpet from the 70s and the padding was in powder form. Nick came and cleaned up the floor,sanitized it and took the old glue off. It took him a little longer then expected but only charged me what he quoted. He also did my stairs even though it was not included.The second time,I hired him to cut dead tree branches off my tree near the house. He did a fantastic job on them. He went way above the work I hired him for. He cleaned my gutters,hauled the dead tree branches off and also strapped the two trunks together. I also had two bushes that I wanted to get rid of and he took care of them too. He's very reasonable in his rates,professional and does a thorough job.

I want to give a big shout out to Nick for all his hard work, he went up and beyond for our family! I couldn’t believe all the build up in a our duckwork and to believe we were breathing all that in! He was VERY thorough and cared about things that we had not hired him to do, like sealing 2 vents on the outside of the house and he did a blue light to detect pet urine, and marked it to be pretreated and cleaned!! I originally contacted this business regarding a duct cleaning in early May. Originally I was told that it could probably get done by the Friday of that week. Then I was informed that they had accepted higher priority jobs and would try to slot me in. This was fine as long as I would be told more information or given updates of any kind. So on May 11th, he texted and said he would show up so I took the day off to make sure I'd be at the house and he could do the job and he never showed. Now, come May 25th, I get a text saying "Hey, I can come do the job" and I scheduled another contractor because we were never given a date and were already ghosted once. The person then texted that I had "Back-stabbed" them and that it doesn't matter because "I have plenty of stuff to fill the day." Very unprofessional, will not be using again.
