Crooks. I had a leak under my kitchen sink so asked for an estimate first. The guy said there was no way he could estimate the cost but he could just fix it right then. The issue was causing damage so I agreed to have him fix it immediately. I was charged $660 in labor to fix a leak under my sink! He told me they charge $165/hr for a two man crew. But he needed his brother to go get parts for him so it was $165 twice, per hour. There was only one guy that ever worked on the pipes and he just sat on my kitchen floor while waiting for the “third” guy to get the parts. After two hours and a $770 bill to fix a leaky sink they were leaving and I told them wait, my kitchen faucet wasn’t working at all, no water coming out. The guy said “It’s probably corrosion”. I told him it worked fine before. His answer was “corrosion can happen really quickly”. He just handed me a bill for $770 and was leaving me without a working sink. He said I would need a new faucet. They could come back the next day and put one in. I asked how long that would take. He said at least an hour. I’m a single mother that they are leaving the job without a working sink and want to charge over $200 more to replace a faucet that worked just fine before they came. I felt I had no choice if I wanted to have running water again but they never even showed up the next day. Which turned out to be extremely fortunate because a friend’s husband came over that night to look at it and found I just needed a simple part for my sprayer. It was fixed in ten minutes. Precision Seevices are absolute crooks.

They replaced the roof on my condo and the adjacent ones also. Very professional. Received bids quickly after calling them. Worked until dark every night until done. Cleaned up all debris daily. Thanks to the speedy, quality work done by Precision Services,I know I can stay in my older home for years to come. They roofed my home(super job), replaced the worn-out furnace,(lowered my heat bill) and fixed many water leaks,promptly. In some cases replacing sub floor,and insulation underneath the trailer. Most recently, they repaired a shower. That turned out great. The Boss ,Ken, has years of expertise and experience in finding and fixing problems and explains what happened, what needs to be done and options available. I trust him to get it done and get it done right. The crew knows their job and courteous. They were respectful of my property. Things always fixed quickly. I have depended on Precision Services for many years and have never been disappointed.

Had some work done on my roof as I had a skylight that was leaking. The work that was done, was done great, no more leaking. Since I had already had several other people out to fix it and still was leaking, I was impressed that they were able to fix it. What I had an issue with was what I was charged. I was given a quote, which they upheld, but when I got the actual bill I was charged for the estimate (they told me a fee estimate), and also was charged for 3 hours for 3 people. Only two people worked on my roof for about an hour or so. When I called and spoke with he owner, he said they do charge for the estimate and also charge for running around getting the supplies. I was told when I called that they already had all the supplies they would need for the job. Just feel like I was overcharged. But like I stated, the actual work was done great.

This was the the second time we have used PRECISION. They did a great job fixing the burst pipe under our trailer. The two guys that worked on our place were nice and worked efficiently to get the work completed. I did not feel it was over priced. I will use them again in the future. No issues here.

Horrible customer service. I wanted to book and told the gal that answered the phone we needed a water heater and she said they were booked solid and can't get us in. I said okay like forever or at some point can we get in? She was rude and listed off other businesses that I've called. I told her I called them and they don't install in mobile homes she said she's not arguing and hung up on me! The economy is not what it was and customer service does matter. Super disappointed in the way I was mistreated by staff!

I don't even give Pecision one star they are so bad. It wouldn't let me post without putting at least one star.Don't waste your time with thes guys on your mobile home. Your better off sending a random person who doesn't have a clue to do the job because then it might get done more than Precision. KEN the boss there or owner whatever he is, is the biggest jerk on the planet. When a job doesn't get done right and you get charged an insain amount it should at least be done. And done right. He is no help fixing. Pretty much tells you to screw off.SO IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND NOT EVEN GET THE JOB DONE CALL Precision. I had my trailer worked on in 2014 and my parents had them come last summer to fix something and same thing done wrong and KEN was a prick to my dad. Definitely should just CLOSE your business because anyone can come not fix anything. Anyone can do that!

Kenny says he will be at your place in a 2-3 days and is a no show. Called him back and says that he will send one of his people over, they didn't show up either. Was recommended highly by a friend, but I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.Business will slow down and negative reviews won't help!!
