If our experience this evening is how Absolute Comfort does business, call them! After hours, they answered second ring and Brian showed up shortly after. He diagnosed a bad primary limiter within 2 mins and after picking up the part, had us up and running. After that he took the time to explain the circuit flow from the negative pressure fan to the ignotor and other sensors so if something else quits in the future we can narrow things down before we call. Awesome experience without a doubt. Highly recommend!

Absolute Comfort provides great customer service. The first time Absolute Comfort installed a new thermostat and then I had my furnace cleaned. I was so pleased at the quick response, professionalism and great job well done. When it came time to get a new AC unit I naturally called Absolute Comfort once again. I can’t imagine going through this summer’s high temperatures without having my newly installed AC unit. Their quick speedy response saved me from the sweltering heat. STAY AWAY!!!!!! Charged an unreasonable amount for 2 minutes of work to let me know my filter was dirty and I tried to call to see if they would be willing to work with me on price but they’re to money hungry to care about their customers. Immoral and unreasonable. Worst company in town.

If you're looking to have a gas line installed at a fair price, I'd definitely recommend Absolute Comfort! Their timeliness for the estimate and installation of the gas line was amazing! Called all local companies that could install a gas line in my kitchen, branched off from my current gas line downstairs. Absolute Comfort not only answered on the first call, but they were the ONLY ones willing to come give an estimate in any reasonable time ( 5 days away, but only due to my schedule being not very open. ) All other companies said it'll probably be a couple months out, and that one of their technicians will contact me regarding getting it scheduled ( still not heard from a SINGLE ONE. ) Once given the estimate, which went so smooth and I even learned a bit about my house, they were able to come that very next Monday, the only day of the week I am available. They called prior to showing up, giving me ample enough time to prepare. Once here, they were beyond polite and very professional. They kept me updated along the way and took care of me more than I expected them to. I am VERY satisfied with the results as well. No messes, no damages, nothing besides exactly what I wanted!

Solid group of plumbers and HVAC experts. I called to ask about having a water powered backup sump installed for instances of power outage. They were able to send out Jacob the same day!?! He was expected in the afternoon but called around 11am and said he would be here if I was home. Excellent. He said he wasn’t familiar with the specific brand/model (Tine Corp WaterCommander WG 22) but he reviewed the manual and talked to Robert at Tine Corp to confirm his install plan was solid. He left to get parts and had the entire system setup within a couple hours. Rockin! There was a slight leak on one PVC joint that had water flow before it was fully sealed so I had to have him come out the next day to replace that joint. He was very friendly and insightful on the install and went above and beyond what I expected. When other local plumbers balked at the install request or wouldn’t even call me back, Absolute Comfort was an absolute pleasure to work with. Will be a long term customer for sure. Thanks again for the peace of mind.

They were the only company that called me back when my water heater went out over the weekend. Some places won’t even handle water heater replacements, because it’s a small job. These guys were fantastic. I had a little leak 2 weeks after the new tank was installed, and they came out same day to fix the broken part.

I called because my AC was not working with my house sitting at about 83 degrees. During this time my wife being pregnant and my dogs were in the house. This so called company said they will call tomorrow when they were in the area. I gave them my phone number and my wife's number just incase I did not pick up. During this time I was at work and was able to get calls. I got a call from my wife saying the company never showed up at all. This company claimed to call me even and said i was extremely disrespectful even though I did not have any missed calls from them. Additionally she said i never gave them her number. Terrible company, will lie straight to your face please don't use if you are in dire need of heating or AC.

Just had the plumber come out because I had pipes creaking/expanding causing a tapping sound. He came out heard what I heard and explained what it was and started strapping the pipe secure as much as he could. He did not leave until we were both not hearing the sound. Very personable guy, very friendly, was a pleasure.
