I wish I could give negative stars!! My son slid into a light pole. Unfortunately it led to a full engine and turbo swap on a BRAND NEW vehicle. It took this place 4 months to get his vehicle back to him and they ultimately admitted that they broke a part that caused the delay due to that part being on national back order. Did they do anything to make it right? No. What they DID do was submit an additional claim to his insurance a full month after he got his car back for an additional $1300. I would never recommend such a "repair shop"! Do yourself a favor.....go to a reputable company that knows what they are doing. Save yourself the headache.

Part one....I was referred here by a dealership other than one I usually go to in Bismarck which was too far away for the type of repair needed...Seems they do a lot of great work here and genuinely care about doing an excellent job. From what I saw while there with another customer, they don't let any vehicles leave out until they've answered all questions and there's no doubt about anything else going wrong with whatever problem vehicle has need of for repair.I was allowed to continue driving ...carefully.. in the meantime which I was very thankful for.Got vehicle diagnosed right away and everything explained to me in detail... about the work needed and work that may NOT be needed depending on the response received after phase one work... one thing can make another thing show up as a problem and it not be... I return after parts are in next week.. to drop off vehicle.... which should only take another week to repair.I enjoyed the conversation with mechanic , his wife who works there too in office... (and knows how to work on vehicles as well)😁 and Rod the owner. They make you feel comfortable about the whole process... I will review again after repairs are completed.

Let me start off by saying the paint job on my husband truck is beautiful, Rod’s guys did a great job! Now the reason this is a two star review…. When we left our truck with Rod (August of 2020) we were quoted a new paint job would be anywhere between $8k - $10k which we agreed to. Fast forward to the end of April 2021 when the truck was finally done we were told it was $20k. Now the price doubling is one thing, everyday I am still trying to process it, but the part that got us SO upset is we were NEVER told the price sky rocketed. Now don’t get me wrong, I know the underside was eat up with rust and I know a lot of work went into sanding it down and painting than Rods team probably originally planned for BUT the fact we were never made aware of the price jump until the truck was done is where my problem lies. It was very unexpected and obviously not ideal but once the truck was done and painted we really didn’t have much choice and felt backed into a corner (which I can tell you is an AWFUL feeling). We did explain all of this to Rod and he acknowledged they should have done better and that going forward they will do better. I am not writing this review to bash this company, like I said, they did a fantastic job painting the truck, but I feel that sharing our experience will encourage customers to hold them accountable in making sure the price you have been quoted doesn’t double without you knowing! Every customer should have a CHOICE when a price they have been quoted goes up, I don’t care if it’s $1,000 or $10,000 that should ALWAYS be communicated to the customer.Service: Painting

I had one of those days last Tuesday when life comes right up and bites you right in the A$$!!! So of course I called up Rod’s Auto Body. There was no answer. How odd that was I thought, but I still told the wrecker that is where I wanted my car to go. Rod did called me back, and he explained he was at a funeral. So if you want to know how this man regards customer service? There’s your answer. Rod has been nothing but understanding, he has been absolutely amazing to work with. Between him and my insurance working so well together I was told within way less than 48 hours that my car was a total loss and my insurance settlement was being completed. (If you have ever went through this process you know that is an amazing time frame.). Unfortunately, he determined that my car is totaled which is not in his best interest. There’s another point for his morale character. If you want to work with an honest man, who has morales and values and tells you the truth, Rod Hanna’s the guy! You choose!

Bought a car that needed a complete moon roof replaced, including hardware and tracks. No one in town would touch it until I was referred to Rods. He gave me an estimate and as soon as I said yes, he pre-ordered everything and called when it came in. Replacement took more than he estimated and he charged me the estimated price. I recommend to anyone and everyone.
