Best car buying experience I have ever had!I ordered a brand new 2023 last call Challenger from McGuires because they were the only dealership nice enough to not charge over MSRP for the vehicle. On top of that once the vehicle came in they gave me a very good value on my trade!The people there are super friendly! Zach Chidester was my salesman and made the whole process super easy! I live 3.5 hours from the dealership and the entire deal happened over the phone. When I showed up to pick up the car I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. John in the finance department was also super nice and was not pushy at all when going over various warranty and add on service contract options.The only issue I had was they were not able to register the vehicle In Minnesota for me so I will have to go into the DMV and take care of that. This however is very understandable as they operate in the middle of North Dakota.Despite this slight flaw it was an overall great experience and I can see myself making the 3.5 hour drive again to buy my next vehicle from them!

They had my vehicle 5 months. The main problem the truck had was never resolved. Paid nearly $2000 and still need to seek services elsewhere to fix the main problem in the vehicle .

NEVER NEVER bring anything to get fixed here. They are terrible. They had the vehicle for over a year. We got the vehicle back and it has already broken. I’m sorry I never leave bad reviews but I don’t feel it’s right to have other people come here and have to experience what my family has experienced. Terrible place terrible service.

Let me just say when you want to buy a car asked for Lance Stuart at McGuires in Rugby. He is one of the nicest and reasonable car sells representatives that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was willing to answer all my questions even the ones I was hesitant to ask , he worked with me in helping me find a car that would meet all my needs by no means was he pushy. I'm a say this is the greatest experience that I have had working with the cars representative. The process with easy and done in a timely manner. He referred me to an insurance company, gave me an accurate quote on the monthly cost for the car. Lance went above and beyond to ensure I was getting what I wanted. Lance is one of the best car sales representative in North Dakota thank you for your services.

Mechanic calls in sick every day, doesn’t work on your car when they tell you they are. Charges you for “fixing” something but on the drive home it is still not fixed and left in a worse condition! Do not waste your time or money here trying to fix your vehicle. Worst experience as of yet.

Wanted both ujoints on rear drive shaft changed an oil change. They only changed the far back u joint by axle an not the one by trans. They did oil change but didn't tighten oil plug enough an a quart of oil leaked out. Not to mention I dropped pickup off at 930am was told would have it back by lunch. Called an was told wouldn't be done tell 230pm. They charge me $330.48 for one ujoint an an oil change. Won't ever go back here again. Not to mention I had to drop drive shaft an finish what I asked them to do had to buy oil to top off what was lost. This job was done sep 7 2021. I still have receipt.

They have had my pick for almost 2 months an still haven’t gotten it into the shop to be fixed they don’t call you an give you updates on progress as a customer I don’t think that place is very organized I understand they are busy but almost 2 months an my vehicle is still sitting in the same spot outside instead of giving a customer the run around maybe be honest with them very frustrating at this point I’ve been a loyal customer to them maybe a little better customer service is needed in that place 😡

I have worked with repair shops all over the country.(driving semi) This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a repair shop let alone a dealership. When the truck was taken in I was told it would take 3 weeks to repair the truck. It took 8 months to have it done. Beware of their quotes as I was quoted 3400. for labor cost only. I supplied the heads, studs and a full gasket set. First he tells me it took so long because I supplied the parts. I had all the parts there within two weeks of when we dropped the truck off. The service manager (Mark) that was there is no longer there, A new guy took over, (Dave) he says estimates are never realized. So why give one? I purchased a truck for 5000. After his bill of 6600.00 and parts of 3000. we have 15,000 into a truck that is only worth 7500.00 If he was going to go that far over the estimate, he should of called and gave me the option of junking the truck, or finding another motor. I do not think he has the experience that Mark had! I did ok an EGR delete for an extra 750.00 parts and labor. And a oil cooler. The oil cooler on Ebay is 79.00 .They quoted me around 300 dollars for one. I told Mark for that price I will send one up. He called back and told me he found one for 150.00. We decided to for the difference to go with 150.00 and avoid any hassle. He said they had to take the oil cooler off anyway so there would not be any labor cost for that. On the Invoice I am charged 479.00 for an oil cooler, I was also charged for gaskets, when I purchased a full gasket set. I am not sure how the workmanship is as I have not picked the truck up yet. Hopefully better then their estimates. I am a very dissatisfy customer and they do not care who they rip off!

They were happy to start helping me, then as soon as I inquired about the price of the vehicle, they got shady and never answered my question. Then, they just ignored me and never returned any calls. Very bad experience, I ended up buying elsewhere.

This dealership refuses to take care of their responsibilities. I was sold a car which I clarified with the salesman on 2 separate occasions was the correct car when I began to see issues. Then a vin check confirmed that the salesman lied about the vehicle and they will not accept responsibility or do anything to fix it. This came directly from the manager of the dealership Dan. Dont buy your car there.

Bought a vehicle from them, and in literally 1 month and less than 400 miles later everything magically started leaking. Told the GM I didn’t trust his dealership and didn’t want to bring my vehicle back their to get fixed. They wouldn’t pay for it to get fixed at another certified Jeep dealership either. Terrible customer service. Don’t buy any used vehicles from them.

Had a service appointment for my vehicle set up at 8 am on september second and i have been sitting around for 15 past 8 and yet no one is still here, this is by far the most unprofessional experience i have ever had from a mechanic, idk if their employees lack common sence and just scheduled an appointment on labor day on purpose or just space caddets and didnt think about the holiday, but for my first experience with them i would recommend going somewhere else
