The worst experience of my life. They tried to take advantage and tell me my vehicle needed a whole new engine, and then proceeded to not do any of the work I wanted them too. They also kept my keys over night because they didn’t let me know it was ready to be picked up until 4 minutes before they closed. The only reason they got 1 star is because I couldn’t do a half. 0/10 would never go again

Although I was happy with the service, I was totally shocked when I received the bill for reprogramming my Astro start. $110.00 for was should have been 15 minutes of work, I thought was ridiculous. They did wash my truck.

I picked up my vehicle after paying my $723.00 bill and when driving home to Fargo, the low pressure oil light came back on immediately. Was there no test drive by machanic? Not happy about having to drive from Fargo and have to return for second trip when it gets fixed.

This has got to be one of the worst places to go to try and get a vehicle. We had one picked out, but the salesman had other plans. He would not listen to anything that we had to say or wanted. He just kept trying to recommend the highest price truck on the lot. No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere.

Took my vehicle there for some warranty work dropped it of in the morning before work and put the keys exactly where they told me to put them, came back there after work to pick up my vehicle and they hadn't even started on it cause they miss plased my keys and couldn't find them and then they were saying that I must have misplaced them

Good service. I think it is ridiculous that is cost me $29.99 to change a license plate light bulb. $4.99 for the bulb and $25 to put it in. Granted I did not ask price before, but I guess I think $25 for a 2 minute job is ridiculous. The service fee for my oil change was $30, which seems fair because it takes 45 minutes. Won't have extras done there again. I will you tube how to do the simple stuff myself.

I got in when I needed to. All of the staff was wonderful to work with and was the best experience. Everything was explained to me and my truck left cleaner than it came in, the car wash at the end is a great feature of there shop.

Not a happy customer at all. I asked the guy who was helping me if he did Veterans discount and he said absolutely we can do that. I'm a disabled Marine Corp Veteran and on a fixed income and I paid $70 dollars for an simple oil change. And it took way over an hour and a half to finish. Wel I'd hate to see what I would've paid if I didn't have the veterans discount. Wow probably $80 -$90 bucks huh? Wow totally disappointed.

Recently a friend and I broke down in Valley City the first day of our trip. We were able to get rooms as it was Sunday. Monday morning we called Pulick Moters. They told us to come down and they would squeeze us in. They were able to diagnose the problem and replace a few parts for us and get us back on the road to our vacation. Was looking for a different vehicle for my wife, thought I would try the service department first to check it out. After being overcharged for the services I have decided not to do business with your store.Charging a 137.00 diagnostic fee for each thing I asked you to check is outrageous. One thing you can do is let someone know up front that you are going to charge this fee, instead of blindsiding them after the fact. The staff was pleasant to talk to and that was the only positive thing I experienced.
