I am a home owner. There have been times when I have needed a pickup load of sand, gravel, or dirt. The cost is substantially cheaper then any store because I can cut out the middle man. Once I got a flat tire while out there and they were happy to air up my tire so I could make it across town. The downside to this company is the lack of communication. They don’t always return calls. I have had better luck just going up to the front office for help. I have on occasion had to go out to the pit to get help. But when the cost is so much cheaper I’m willing to do the extra work. Not to mention I don’t have to do any physical labor to load it up.

The Landlord for the building that I manage contacts out to this company. This guy has no respect for anyone. He comes in during business hours and expects us to just stop what we're doing and start ripping sections out of the store. He never gives us heads up to let us get the area ready that he will be working in and our landlord does not tell us when he's coming in. So as usual he showed up unannounced and then yelled at me and called me the B word on my sales floor, because I wouldn't drop what I was doing to walk him behind the building. He didnt even tell me what he was there for. It's not like I had a back door to the area he needed to get to. He had to walk around the building ( he has worked on the building enough to know this). He has never been considerate or very pleasant.
