Passing through Valley City, stayed in hotel across the street. Truck battery dead in the a.m. Our roadside assistance eta was almost 2 hours, so we called Stoudt-Ross. They confirmed they had the correct battery in stock, brought it to us, and trusted us to pay when we dropped off our old battery. Every employee there was super friendly and provided excellent customer service. Super clean facility, bathrooms stocked with essentials. It's all in the details, and this place has that covered - even for customers who just need a battery passing through town. Special thanks to Pat, Penny, Ed and Lonnie. Truly genuinely nice people!

Always polite and professional regardless of how busy they are. I've never had a bad experience at Stoudt Ross Valley City. Today it seems that customer service is very low on many companies priority list, it's refreshing to know that is never the case at Stoudt Ross. Ok I hardly ever post reviews but since this is a local company in town might as well give them more business. It’s just an oil change and they honored the Miller Motor oil change coupon which I appreciate. It’s too bad they don’t have anymore oil change discounts especially for seniors or veterans on a fixed income.The name “Quick Lube” really wasn’t so quick but it did take a little over an hour and I had no place to go anyway. Oil change is an oil change and they didn’t try and “sell” me any additional service which I also appreciate. Need an oil change? Make an appointment and get it done at Quik Lube!Friendly staff.

Drove 3 hours to look at a car for sale, after confirming the availability (multiple times) and that it is what we wanted. The salesman assured us it would be available and ready when we got there. We get there, look at it, then are told that it actually isn’t for sale. He then offers to sell us one 4 years older for the same price, we decline and see that the car was then listed for 5000 cheaper than what we were offered. The car we wanted is still showing for sale on the website as well. We were also offered 9k under market value trade in for our current vehicle as trade in, which is in almost new condition with low miles for the year. Very disappointing.

In December of 2020 I bought my first Ford truck. Kory was very nice and helpful. He made my experience so delightful when the truck got wrecked in January (other guys fault for running a stop sign). The logical choice was to go back to Kory at Stoudt-Ross Ford. Again Kory went out of his way to help me. Also Mark in detailing did an amazing job detailing my new truck!

Customer service fail! I stopped in the store in the middle of a snow storm and asked for some assistance on a simple fuse for my trailer lights.. The fuse Box is easily accessible and my truck is parked right outside the door. This dealership 15 minutes before lunchtime refused to take 5 minutes to change a simple fuse. A guy pays $70000 for a Ford F350 and can't get a simple fuse taken care of in a pinch. Extremely disappointing!

I went in for an oil change and they charged me 67% more for EXACTLY the same service as I had them do 2 months ago.Also I had purchased AND PAID FOR a set of 4 tires in Oct 2020 with an agreement that I could have them installed at a later date of my choosing. When I mentioned that I would make another appointment soon to have my tires installed I was told they only have 3 tires available. I paid for those tires 9 MONTHS AGO and now I hear for the FIRST time that they only have 3 tires on hand. This is EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE and the only reason I gave them one star is because I couldnt go any lower on this scale

Alec at Stoudt - Ross Ford made my pickup buying a breeze. I told him what i was looking for (which i am picky) and found what i wanted and then some! Taking a shot in the dark by not even seeing the vehicle personally, i bought it and do not regret it! Alec made the first time big car buying experience easy! They gladly took care of some very minor modifications for me, found the best interest rate for myself, and even delivered it to Bismarck, ND! I even received my plates from the DOT in less than 2 weeks! (Which is insanely fast!) All in all Alec, and Stoudt - Ross Ford had exactly what i was looking for, made the experience easy and hassle free, and since im very busy myself, delivered it to me in no time! We were contemplating purchasing a Ford Edge or Ford Explorer last year. After some discussion with Nate and telling him we were thinking of having a third child, he explained that the Edge is too small to fit three car seats so we decided to get the Explorer. Shortly after buying the Explorer, we were expecting! Really glad Nate took the time to explain that because we were leaning towards the Edge and would have ended up with the wrong vehicle. The Explorer has been great and is really fun to drive. Casey was great at keeping the financing local and made the signing process a breeze. It was just a good experience!

I purchased a classic Ford bronco sight unseen, my cousin test drive it for me. Bronco looks and runs good. Issues include selling me a vehicle with a mostly dead battery, gauges that don't work that they reported did and a significant oil leak. Thanks Randy
