I drove 15 miles to get a tire fixed and got a rude , unmotivated lump of human flesh instead ! Everyone I met from the area was super friendly and helpful , not this dude !! He needs to find another line of work !! I fixed it myself instead !!

I tried to deal with this guy on three separate occasions. I was trying to give him a chance to prove he wasn't a complete jerk. It didn't happen. His condescending manner, arrogance and an attitude of "I'm so much smarter than you about everything" is his biggest downfall. If he treated customers better, or even potential customers, it would make the business better. I'm not surprised he's located in a one horse town like Washburn, since if he was located where there was any competition, he'd have to fold due to his attitude alone. This is to send a message that when you treat people decent, they will appreciate it. Now you have been warned, and the owner has an opportunity to change.
