The 4 stars is for the work that was done "after" dealing with an owner/supervisor (?) who should be taking anger management classes. He was very unfriendly and down right rude. He forgets we hired him, not he hired us. His extra help did a very good job and should probably be reversing roles with the guy in charge! This business won't last if he continues to run it! After being told he needs to change his attitude, the job got done as requested and ended up looking nice! Not sure if we would rehire him though due to his attitude.

I asked for a one time mowing.They went several days late and charged me 3 times the usual cost just to mow the front yard. Did not even edge. I was out of town.When I got back I mowed my own back yard without much issues even though the grass was taller than usual.

On my first phone conversation with Eric Williams I was getting a quote on a rental property I own. He hung up on me when I told him I had college students in my rental. He said "I'm not interested" and hung up on me. Incredibly unprofessional experience.
