They sprayed our rafters of our house. They didn't put anything down to protect the floors. The spray foam was not smooth and even. It looked more like intestines. The depth was not consistent.

We had Draft Busters spray foam the walls of our new addition. The foam was very uneven and even pulled away from the walls in some areas. They came back out to fix their work but not until months later. When they sprayed again, they got over spray on all of our windows, doors, garage doors and even the sheetrock on the ceiling. They didn't use plastic either of the times they sprayed. We told the owner about the problem and he offered to come out and clean the foam off our windows and doors. They did return to clean but only cleaned some of the items partially. The windows still have spray foam on them. They wouldn't clean the doors because they said they needed to be painted anyway. The garage doors they didn't touch and had no offer on how to fix the sheetrock. We asked for their insurance information which the owner said he would supply but we still have not received the information. He also said he would come back to clean the remaining foam up but he has not come back. Our project was delayed months because of the poor quality of work. They didn't shave down the extra foam on the walls, so the walls were still not ready for sheetrock. Make sure you check your estimate as they wouldn't foam around the windows like we were told verbally would be taken care of because it wasn't in the bid. I would not recommend this company for your insulation needs. I would use a different company.

I highly recommend Draft Busters. Yesterday I got into a jam. I thought I'd save some money by renting a blower from Menards and blowing in fiberglass myself. Bad idea. The machine didn't work and I was running out of time. I was going in through the porch roof and had to get it covered up before a storm. I called Draft Busters and they came within 2 hours and did a great job for a reasonable price. I will not hesitate to call them again.

Nice people. Horrible quality of work.I had them spray foam the bottom of my ice house and they created a huge mess inside the house. They popped all the hole covers and got foam all over the interior of the house. (I would have rather gotten foam on the bottom of the hole covers) On top of that the foam on the bottom was inconsistent and looked awful.I would look elsewhere if you want your ice house spray foamed.
