I had hail damage on my roof and called 3 roofers for estimates. One never called me. One called me 2 weeks later, but Hancock came within one day, and I had my roof installed within a week. Very professional installation and was completed in one day. Jeorge explained the quote very well, and everything happened exactly as he said. Honest and quality work.

Our two condo buildings needed new roofs. Riley‘s sales pitch was excellent and so we went with his company. We are assuming the roofs are fine, but their service after the sale is less than exemplary. Riley suggested two whirlybirds per unit so we went with his recommendation. One whirlybird stopped working within 6 months. Riley was contacted numerous times it he never found time to get someone here to fix it. We had to hire someone else and pay for the repair.We can only assume they did a good job on the roof, but if you hire his company, don’t expect them to honor their guarantee.————————————/———————————I’m not sure how else to reply other than to edit my review. If someone from your company repaired the whirlybird, that’s news to the board. Can you give us a specific date when this occurred We had a handyman repair it.

Riley Hancock was very professional to work with. I was impressed with their use of a drone to look at our complex roof. He showed me the 30 plus pictures and explained everything in great detail what they would do to fix my leaks. They were prompt, completed the job in a day and a half, and did a wonderful job with the cleanup. I highly recommend Riley and his crew for your roofing needs. After a hail storm in Bismarck, our insurance agent brought in Hancock construction from West Fargo to look at our roof. Riley, the owner, sold us an upgraded shingle package for $2000 more. We signed a contract for him for the upgraded Northgate shingles.When Hancock construction replaced the shingles on our roof it was Friday Sept. 16th and Riley needed to leave the site early to get back to Fargo. He said he would be back to Bismarck after the weekend to walk our property with us to inspect the work and how his crew cleaned up. He never showed up and we did not hear from him until way later. He then stated that no news, must mean good news as far as how the work looked and how his crew left our property. We had paid him $15000 of the $20,600 after the work on Sept. 16th was done because he also promised to do our siding that was damaged as well. He was going to get to that in a couple of weeks and then we would take care of paying the rest of the roof balance and take care of the cost of siding. He never showed and did not do our siding. Instead, we got an invoice for the rest of the payment of the roof October 13th, which we paid.Also, in that signed contract was the promise of a 3 yr workmanship warranty and a Certainteed warranty. We have received the Certainteed warranty, no paperwork for the 3yr workmanship warranty.We ended up having a leak in our ceiling after installation. My husband contacted Riley to let him know about the leak. Riley promised to make it right and stated he would come out. He then cancelled and told us he had vehicle trouble and could not make it. He stated he would be out to see us after the weekend. He never showed and did not contact us about it again.The restoration company did put a pan in the attic, but advised us to have our roofer come take a look at it. That was months ago and Hancock has not come over to look at it.We have also waited for months to get the 3 year warranty and are now looking for another company to do the siding that was promised to be done for what the insurance company quoted us for.We have been very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow through from Hancock in West Fargo. Next time we will look for a local company.I am confused with the reply I received. What measures have been taken as we have not heard from or had Hancock come to take a look at our roof concerning our leak and still have not received the paperwork for the 3 year warranty? There was no warranty paperwork included with the signed contract. We have asked for it many times. The leak happened in November and the roof was put on in September.

Amazing company! From start to finish they put the customer first. Called out after I had roof damage from a storm. They came out the very same day and even patched it up to prevent water from coming in from another storm later that night. They helped me file a claim with my insurance company and walked me through the entire process. Riley was amazing to work with and always answered the call for my many questions. They made the process so easy it was done before I knew it. Roof looks amazing! Had them replace a whirlybird for me on my home. They were responsive and quicker than anyone else I reached out to. Not only did they replace the whirlybird but did an inspection of the roof and sealed up some areas that hadn’t been siliconed. Riley and his crew were incredible. Walked thru what all needed to get done. The crew showed up at 230pm and tore off all of the old shingles and replaced them by 8pm.
