We recently hired Rainbow International to perform air duct cleaning on a couple of our rental properties. I am incredibly impressed with the professionalism of this company and their prompt response time. The technician's, Grace and Leigh, who came to the homes were very courteous and professional. They took their jobs seriously and showed respect for the property and the belongings of the residents. I would strongly recommend Rainbow International to anyone looking for top quality service. And I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Tis the season to clean carpets! I schedule an appointment for 9am, the boys showed up at 9am sharp! Mitch and Chad came to the door, they introduced themselves to me and our pup, brought in the equipment, put on their blue shoe covers and got to work. When they were finished, our 20 year old carpet upstairs looks as amazing as the new carpet downstairs. :) I will be definitely be using Rainbow again! The dreaded moment you realize the sump pump was not working after a full day of rain. 🤦‍♀️ Our basement was soaked. We called around and were told from other companies it would be a day or two before a team could get out. I called Rainbow and within 2 hours we had a team out pulling carpet/padding, setting up fans & dehumidifiers. They even assisted with moving some items out to our garage! Leigh and his team saved the day!

I called Rainbow International very early on Sunday morning as my sump pump failed and I noticed the basement was taking on water. I live in Grand Forks, and even though they were very busy they came to town hours later to help mitigate my loss. Leigh & Grace did a tremendous job, giving me recommendations on what to do to prevent this in the future and took great care with my property that needed to be moved. I work for State Farm and have always recommended them to customers, but now that it was my turn to be on the other end of a claim, I'm glad it was them that took care of me. 10/10 Recommend. I had a really good experience with Rainbow International. With this winter being quite exceptional, we had some ice dams on the front of our house. Before we could get them taken care of there was a leak into our kitchen through our cupboard. After cleaning out the ice dams and the snow on the roof, we still didn't know how much damage might have happened. I called them and was greeted with someone who took notes on my issue and then connected me promptly with a expert technician, Bob Miller. The technician arrived at our house and was very professional and made a thorough evaluation and suggestions for correcting the problem. Luckily, there was no further remediation needed, and only a vent to be replaced. The estimate and evaluation was done at no cost to us. It was nice to have the peace of mind of getting our issue professionally evaluated. I was pleased.

It was not the best start to the day, when our 7 year-old son came into our bedroom and told us that "the room where the sump pumps are is full of water!" We called Ned right away, and they were at our house faster than Jimmy Johns. When I got home from work, there were 19 drying fans at work in our basement, and all of the wet padding under the carpet had been removed. We were on our way to becoming whole again, in such a short amount of time. Hopefully, we will never need these services again, but, if we do, we won't hesitate to call Rainbow International! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Horrible experience. We had discovered mold in our basement. We called Rainbow and I was pleasantly surprised they could come out and look at the problem in two days. I am 7 months pregnant and were trying to get new carpet in and was very stressed with this finding of mold. Lee came out from Rainbow and was zero help. He did not do any testing or further investigation and was telling us we had to rip out all of our walls. Then said they couldn't help us for 3 weeks anyway. We had no new answers and no where to turn. The issue still not resolved as we do not know what our next steps are. Very disappointing.

I have had to use rainbow twice in the last 6 years - once for when my exterior water faucet froze and flooded my basement and recently when my washing machine broke and flooded my laundry room and water went into the basement - Both times Ned and his team were fast to react and their efforts kept a bad situation from getting worse. Rainbow cleaned my carpet that was dirty with oil and grease from previous tenant cooking in office unit. They cleaned once and decided that the job was not good enough and came back the second time with different chemicals and equipment and cleaned it again. My insurance company sent Rainbow International out because I had a water leak in my bathroom. He told my insurance company something different then what he told me and my claim will be denied. If you are looking for an honest company this isn’t it. Will never use this company again and was disgusted when I learned what he told the insurance company. They don’t even deserve 1 star!

Found that our disposal had been leaking for some time causing some water damage and a serious threat of mold under the counter. Bob and his team arrived quickly to assess the issues and left the drying equipment running for the weekend. They removed any threat of mold growth and really helped to save our cabinet. Overcharge and wouldn't give you estimate. Overcharge at the end of job. I would say don't ever use rainbow international
