Had Valley Service Mechanical install a garage heater for me and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. It’s not too often you receive a bill in the mail and it’s lower than what you were anticipating. I would recommend their services to anyone! Quick to fit me in on their schedule, talked me through exactly what to expect and even followed up afterwards to see how it was working for me!

Called to have our furnace checked. The Rep said someone would be there that day. Barely got off the phone and the tech called and said he had a cancellation and would be there in 10 minutes. Furnaces never go out at a convenient time; but we were fortunate to have a Valley Service technician come and make the repair the same day. He was knowledgeable about our heating unit and very courteous throughout the service call. We felt the cost was reasonable as well.

Valley Service Mechanical saved the day before it officially needed saving. Phew! We noticed some strange noises and activity from our system and reached out to Valley Service. They responded quickly and were able to check it out in very short order. Rick was thorough and informative and it was all at a reasonable price. The phone app thermostat, that Kevin talked me in to purchasing, sent me an a low temp alert. I called their service department and they sent a technician to our home, found the issue, to be frozen exhaust, due to the very cold conditions. I could not ask for a better response by the Valley Service crew. It is reassuring to know when you are out of town , they will keep the heat on in a timely manner.

This was my first time having Valley Service Mechanical come out to my house. When I called to make the appointment the lady on the phone was very friendly and got me scheduled right away. I was just having my furnace checked over prior to winter. The technician, McKenzie was awesome. She did a very thorough job checking our and cleaning my furnace. She also answered a couple questions I had for her. I will continue to call on Valley Service Mechanical for my furnace and air conditioning service and highly recommend them.

Geothermal system for heating and cooling hasn't been working well. Not many techs know how to service these units, but Brian from Valley knew what to look for and got it fixed. He was very courteous, and good at explaining the problem and the options for repair. Glad to recommend them.

They were very responsive, quick and easy to make an appointment with. Our furnace stopped working and I called and someone was able to come check it out the next morning. Turned out that a bird flew into our furnace causing it to quit working. Our Mechanic was able to remove the bird and cleaned the flame sensor and got everything back up an running. I am extremely happy with the service they provided. I called company after company and was shocked as to what was happening. I had many places not even call back. One place booked an appointment for an estimate and called in sick. Another place said they were working on an estimate and never even sent it to my email, like i was told. Valley Service was able to help me figure out what I needed over the phone. Instead of making an extra trip out here and back to town costing more time, money, and being an even longer time without an ac. They had a beautiful job done within hours of getting here. Our AC quit working unexpectedly late in the week. We called Valley Service Mechanical and they came the very next day and promptly fixed it. Their technicians were all booked up, but made an extra trip to our home before the weekend, as I was 38 weeks pregnant and the weekend was supposed to be brutally hot. We called Valley Service for a routine service of our heating and air conditioning system. Shortly after the service was completed, we found water all around our heating/ac system. We called the company for corrective service and they found that the ac condensate drain line that they had just serviced was plugged, obviously as a result of their efforts. They sent us a bill for $120 on top of the $288.50 we had just paid.
