We recently had Windows Plus replace our terrible single pane windows in Grand Forks. The crew was fast, clean, answered all of my many questions, and most importantly, did a fantastic job. We could feel the difference in the house right away - no more drafts! And best of all, no condensation rotting our wood. These are expensive windows but the results are worth it and the folk at Windows Plus were a pleasure to work with. I appreciated that the salesman, Josh, gave honest guidance when selecting windows, including advice that saved us money as we were able to replace three window units with one large unit.

Galen called earlier this spring to let us know that our windows were in. He asked if they could start installing them on the following Monday. We laughed and proceeded to tell him about the massive amounts of snow still surrounding our house. He said it would not be a problem, and three workers showed up with grain shovels and cleared a complete path all the way around our house. After clearing the snow, they started with our dining room window. Their speed, precision, and cleanliness were amazing. These three guys worked steady and completed our entire home by about four o’clock the next day! They cleaned up everything and our new Marvin Infinity windows were fantastic. The men were efficient and quiet. They were very courteous and answered any questions we had. We were impressed with the whole installment process and would recommend Galen and his team to anyone. We love Windows Plus!We have now had 10 windows replaced over the last few years, and plan to have several more done in the coming years. The windows look great and are energy efficient. The price is a bit higher than you'd pay for other windows and/or installation, but the quality you get is much higher than competitors as well. It's a great investment. We're very pleased and will likely continue to be customers until all our homes original 1930s windows have been replaced.

Windows Plus recently replaced seven windows and the patio door in our home. We live close to a very busy road so we always had traffic noise. After the window install the first thing we noticed is how much quieter our home is. The installers did a fantastic job. From start to finish;Josh was a great help in assisting with all the options with our Infinity windows, then the owner measuring for exact fit and finally Dave and another installer; all did an excellent job.We had a very large bay window replaced and 7 other double hung and sliders replaced. 2 guys installed them in a day and a half. They said they would be over at 730 and that is when they pulled in. Everything was cleaned up like they werent even there.We are very pleased with the whole process and our house is now updated with; a bit more expensive than others, but great fiberglass windows which are much better quality. The actual window area is so drastic compared to vinyl and other types.Highly recommendThanks againNick/Cassy

We are very pleased with our new Windows. We have new Windows on two levels and now looking forward to new sliding glass door coming soon. The men that did the installation were so professional so quiet that we hardly new they were there.We don't have the moisture problem that we had with old windows. They will come out again before the job to ensure their measurements and plans are spot on for your specific needs. The windows are high quality and have had no issues with them.They did a excellent job of the matching the style and color of the trim and jambs to our existing woodwork.The workmanship of our installer was excellent. I love my new windows! The tracks on my old windows would be full of dirt every time the wind blew. These have stayed clean. The installers did a great job and left things cleaner than before. They also rehung my blinds which I appreciate so much.

Windows Plus worked with me to get the windows I could afford. The replacement windows fit perfectly because Windows Plus know what they are doing. The three windows were put in quickly in one day. They did a beautiful job finishing both the inside and out. During the cold high winds we just had, I did a candle test and the windows passed with flying colors.

i ordered my replacement sash (window) and gave my down payment of $350 and was told it would be about 4 weeks. I called them 6 weeks later and they said window still didn't come in. they then called back and said it was there and was putting a rush on the staining and they should be able to install it first part of this week (12/11/17). still no call to give me any input on progress. guess don't expect to be contacted on arrival or install dates.

I have 13 Infinity windows in my house and I am extremely happy with them. I have had vinyl windows and they don't come close to the quality of the infinity windows. They are well worth the money and I would highly recommend them .

Difficult to communicate with. Was cutting me off, not allowing me to finish what I had to say. After about ten minutes he said he doesn't know how to install this type of window and left. Also something about "I've been doing windows for thirty years!" I did not like this experience.

Had Jim from windows plus come and give me an estimate to replace several windows I told him that I want double hung windows and he wrote it down.after a few days he sends me an email that he will give a price on single hung and double hung.a day later he sends another email that the quote he gave was for single hung and if I wanted double hung it would be more expensive even though we agreed on double hung.when I told him that I wanted double hung he said yes but quoted me on single hung because that's more in my budget.budjet was never discussed he assumed .
