We had a great experience with Xpert Xteriors building a shed in our back yard. Overall, we are very satisfied with our shed. If any hurdles came up along the building process, Philip was quick to correct them. Philip had excellent communication along the build process, and the shed was finished in a timely manner. We would recommend Xpert Xteriors for any building needs.

We had an addition/mud room built by Philip. We were very happy with the work he did! We had many unforeseen complications but he helped us through all of them. He was also very willing to help with other things we asked of him along the way. He also was very fair in pricing. He received a quote for part of the project from a different contractor and felt it was unfair so he just did the work himself. Which we were very thankful for!

Philip did an excellent job on several projects in our home. He was easy to communicate with, paid attention to detail - particularly in merging a new space with an existing space so it looked seamless, he is timely, tidy and trustworthy. His prices are fair and transparent along with having an easy to use bill pay. I will use him again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family or friends.

I had to have my complete roof taken off and replaced. I contacted many roofing companies but Philip was the only one willing to take on this big project. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Philip also worked with my insurance to ensure all costs would be covered. The work was done in a short time and looks great.

I had a lot of damage to my garage and inside my closet after a ice dam. Phil and his crew were on top of everything, from getting an estimate quickly done and also working efficiently. I was surprised how fast everything got done! They made sure and I noticed they really cared I was happy with the work. I was impressed with their work and gave my neighbors his information for work they needed.

Phillip did a great job doing a quote on the fly, being very quick to get things installed, had an issue with one of the roof vents installed, was very quick to get over and get it replaced in the middle of the winter. Was very good to work with.

Phil and his team did an excellent job building a catwalk in my attic space. They While they were up there, they noticed that one of the vertical joist members was cracked. After I consulted an engineer Phil was able to do a repair as per the design specs.They were on time and extremely efficient. Over 80ft of a catwalk in less than 3 hours! He put wood flooring in the upper part of my house and on my stairs and entry. It is truly quality work. Looks amazing and he suggested a metal lip on my stairs instead of a wood one. Would recommend 10/10! These guys were very professional, quick to get back and easy to get ahold of. They gave a fair quote and were solid competition against others, with the prices reflecting a great breakdown of exactly what we were paying for. They also were on time, and even though they hit a few snags when tearing out our very old, worn out patio door and our front door/ screen door, they were able to very efficiently work it all out and stayed late just to finish the job; seamlessly! I hope to see them grow into a common household name.
