The estimator who came out was outstanding and did a thorough job explaining the process and options. I felt like he understood my needs and circumstances and was not about to rip me off. I also appreciated that the company is local and not a money-grubbing national chain. The end result was as promised and amazingly quick and efficient. I had a good experience with BLC Roofing when I had my roof replaced. I developed leaks during the winter when ice dams formed on my roof. As soon as the snow melted, Carl gave me an estimate for both repair of the leaking area and for a full replacement. Due to the cost of repairs, and the poor condition of my existing roof, I opted for the full replacement. BLC’s quote was about 15% less than the other quotes I received.The debris trailer was parked in my driveway the day before installation day. The next morning, the roofing crew arrived at 7:30 and immediately started the removal. Several sheets of bad plywood had to be replaced, then the new roof was installed. Carl was on site for much of the day, communicating to me and to the crew if something needed attention. The work was mostly finished by 6:30 pm, but the crew stayed longer to do additional cleanup.I was very happy with the appearance of the new roof, and I’m pretty confident that the crew did a good job on the installation. From my perspective it appeared that they worked quickly but cared about doing good work, periodically checking to make sure the edges were straight or that the shingles were nailed correctly. Part of the crew began checking the ground for nails and debris, and they made a great effort despite my out-of-control landscaping. No one will ever find all the nails, but I was surprised by how few I found afterwards.I have already recommended BLC Roofing to a friend who needs a roof replacement.Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation

We had an old roof with a caving in spot. They came and assessed the roof. They used a cool drone to take pictures. Then they came out after a few days and put in our new roof. So Bryant came & gave me an estimate on siding work at my house, he was prompt & professional, i ended up signing with them.Im a little old school, so i wanted to drop off a check & get a receipt, their office was a little run down & it did worry me a little, but i took the risk & glad i did. The job looked very nice even though it took two weeks longer before they started. At the end im happy but would've gave 4.5 stars if i could because of the slight delay.

Excellent job on a challenging flat roof on a commercial building and a shingled roof. Professional job started and finished in time frame quoted at the price quoted. We recently hired BLC Roofing to install a new roof on our two story home, and we were quite impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, & quality of the job that was done. They arrived early on a day that expected rain in the afternoon, and stayed until the job was done properly. They set down tarps across our bushes to protect them, were gracious enough to move my mother's many porch plants around so as to not damage them, and cleaned up everything before they left. We couldn't be happier with the new roof. I needed a complete roof replacement so I did very thorough research and narrowed it down to five companies to call for estimates. After looking on the BBB website, Google reviews and each roofing company's website I wanted to make sure I got a quote from BLC. Bryant came out on short notice. Not only was he very experienced and knowledgeable but he was also very responsive to my many questions. BLC uses an excellent software program which keeps everything organized and documented regarding your project. The detailed price quote was sent to me by email not just quickly written on a piece of paper with no work description as another company had done. All things considered I chose BLC after getting five estimates. Marlon was the BLC representative who was here from start to finish the day of the work . He's very personable and I felt that he would have taken care of any concerns I might have had but everything went smoothly without complication. Clean up was excellent. The roof looks great. I highly recommend BLC. It's a very well run company sensitive to the customer's needs and concerns. We needed a new roof. Ours was old and has buckling issues. The process with BLC was very good. Doug came out quickly and provided a very thourough quote with diffrent shingle price options and colors. He answered any questions we had very well. I had a chimney that was leaking. I saw Bryant's social media message and called. He came did and did an estimate. He was very pleasant and explained everything that needed done.When the roofer showed up (I think his name was Shane) he was professional and friendly. He did a great job and was done in decent time. It was 88°out but he didn't complain at all about the heat.I suggest if you need a roof repair or a new roof, call Bryant at BLC ROOFING!

BLC Roofing was awesome. Had a major leak from the roof to the bathroom. Was out the next day to inspect and ultimately repair. Love that kind of responsiveness. Unfortunately, the original repair was not the culprit to our problem. Upon calling BLC roofing back out, again; they were super responsive and prompt in returning and doing additional repairs as need. This solved our problem for good. Love that.
