We just had a new roof put on our home by Legacy Roofing and it was a great experience from our first meeting with Joe Herman all the way through to the final inspection. Joe is very knowledgable and friendly - he answered all our questions (and we had a lot) and explained every step of the roofing process in detail. The crew that installed our roof was very hard working. It was a long day for them but they stayed on task and come back the next morning to complete the clean-up. We cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Legacy. Our sales rep. Joe Herman was top notch. He was responsive, made sure we understood the process and materials and exactly what we were getting for our money. The crew that showed up were some of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen, it was crazy hot and they arrived at 5:30 am and were here until 10 pm finishing up. They could not clean up to their expectations that night in the dark so they returned at 7 am the next morning to finish the clean up. Everything was left pristine in the yard and by 10am the dumpster had been removed and a quality control review representative was on site inspecting the workmanship! Joe also came back to check on the work. Purchasing a new roof is not cheap but knowing what you are getting and who you are getting it from is PRICELESS! From the beginning of our roof inspection, our rep, Tom Wick, was extremely knowledgeable & professional. He walked us through the insurance process & explained in common sense details what was in need of repair. Tom then went over various options & spent a great deal of time explaining the differant quality of materials. He patiently answered all our questions & never pressured us at any point to sign a contract with Legacy. When we did sign up, they responded promptly & scheduled our work when it was convenient for us. The crew arrived on time & worked quickly & efficiently & were done in no time. The crew were friendly & did a great job of cleaning up afterward. Tom also came before the crew arrived & remained here in case there were any questions. The Legacy price was less expensive than several other quotes, yet the lifetime warrenty was much better than the 25 year warrenty from others.We have received several compliments from neighbors about how nice our roof as well as gutters look. My wife & I feel we received a superior product at a very reasonable price. We are extremely pleased with the work from Legacy.
