Excellent job. Had a storm come through and I had wind and hail damage. Luke made an initial inspection, verified damage and assisted with an insurance claim. He kept me in the loop the entire time. Luke took care of every part of the claim making it absolutely stress free. The team came out and did great work. Both house and garage got new roofs. They were professional and quick. The clean up was fantastic. I only found a couple nails. A lot less than expected. One employee was concerned about a ground bees nest and told my wife who is allergic where they were and to avoid them. Thank you to that amazing worker. He deserves a raise. Lindsey Construction worked on our roof and new siding we needed following hail damage. I talked with Ron Keeling, who constantly updated us and kept us in the loop with progress on the workers and when they’d arrive and how negotiating with our insurance company was going. He was quite professional and personable as well as all the people who worked on our house. They were quite efficient finishing the work even faster than we expected. I’d wholeheartedly recommend them.

We had hail damage to our home after a tornado. Myron Daniel from Lindsey Construction was great to work with. He helped with our insurance claim and met with the adjuster. He kept us updated during the entire process of our roof and siding replacement. When we found a crack in the siding, he promptly got it fixed for us. Overall, very positive experience.

We live on a crawlspace and our floors were in need of some repair. We had Lindsey Construction come in and put in new floor joists, sub floor, tile, etc. We were out of the house for a month and there was no communication from the contractor! He had, not one, question for me, when he should have had many. Terrible shotty work in many places. i am super disappointed with all the money we spent with them! One of the tiles in the bathroom is sunken in, the floor isn't level, the shower isn't sealed correctly, the tile job in the shower is a joke. They left without doing finish work, i had to basically beg them to come back and seal the kitchen backsplash, finish the carpet to tile thresholds, then when they came back to fix the lifting thresholds they brought screws so now i get to feel that every time i walk across the living room to kitchen, I could go on and on. Not professional at all. The only nice person to work with was Billy the middle man. I would not recommend them to anyone. I only uploaded 2 pictures, there are so much more!

I am experiencing same thing another reviewer is experiencing. They are threatening to sue me if i don't use them. This company is shaddy. On the back of this contract it says that if you cancel you agree to pay them 25% fee of the agreed amount. What a joke, this company did nothing to get me money from the insurance! The actual insurance agent said they exaggerated the claim and the damages actually there were what the insurance agent found not what lindsey said. Do yourself a favor and look for another company. Imagine what they would do to you if you complain about their work. Do you really believe they would honor any guarantees? Do not sign anything with this company!!! If i could give 0 i would!!! This companywants over 5k for doing nothing!!!!

We had our roof replaced in the spring of 2023. Our sales rep was VERY professional and great to work with. The contractor was timely and made it a point to clean up well since we have animals and didn’t want them stepping on nails.We have a three seasons room with solid wood paneling in our home, so when we discovered that the roof was leaking into that room near the flashing, I called quick to get it addressed. The number on the account was my partners but he was going to be unavailable so I asked them to call my number. I was told they would, but instead it was my partner who was contacted. So he went the whole day without being able to respond since he can’t have his phone on him at work. We ultimately were able to work with the contractor to get the issue resolved in a few days.That was about 3 months ago. We left out of state to visit family for the holidays and our house sitter told us yesterday that water was getting in now in the center of the same room. Lindsey was closed for the day but I called and left a voicemail asking them to please call us the next day. They open at 8am, so I was surprised come noon when no one contacted us. I called them at that point and it was clear that the woman I spoke with had no knowledge of the message (which may not be her fault). So I gave all the info once more, acknowledging that it may be inconvenient to get someone quick since it’s the day before Thanksgiving. But she said not to worry, she’d have someone contact us by the end of the day.It’s now almost 30 mins after their closing time and no one ever called. Now we have almost a week of time where we can guarantee no one will call us, and an expectation of more weather which will likely cause damage to our house, especially the paneling we have inside our three seasons room.The initial experience was great, but two leaks in six months on a brand new roof and unreliable follow ups makes me nervous about how much we can trust the work for what is supposed to be a lifetime roof.

Worst possible experience. Terrible customer service and communication (aside from Karol. If you need something done talk to her). Debris was left in my yard from the siding job. After I had to clean it up myself I found debris from some other house in the pile (found shutters in the waste pile and my house didn't have any to begin with). Had several different sub-contractors show up to my house not knowing what to do or what was done.I have a signed materials contract for the job stating how much I was to pay and then a month later they called to say it was going to be an extra $500. I had to install the new lights myself because I didn't think they were coming back to finish the job. I went 3 weeks without downspouts.Absolutely terrible.DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY.

In the past five years we have used Lindsay construction twice for insurance claims hail damage to the roof and wind damage to the siding very pleased with the work that was completed. Ron keeling Always kept us updated on what was going on with the cruise and the insurance company even with the pandemic waiting on materials he kept me informed on a weekly basis of what was going on. my house got hit by hail back in the summer and Lindsay contractor (Robert) came to my house said he could help me.. my insurance approved the work being done but Robert did nothing but lie to me from the start as i found out now. they started the work around August/September and the 1st of January they still dont have my house where it was before they started stuff is still hanging and things are broken or not working right.. Robert told me i would have money to get my garage doors fixed that the insurance approved because they dont do door but i find out today that Robert told me that they want to change me more then what the insurance gave me so now i have to find money to fix what my insurance gave me money to fix... Robert is a crook and he does nothing but lies so wotch out for him.. so after this work looks like i have to figure out how to have my work done so my garage aint just part done.... dont recommend Lindsey if they are all like Robert

Ron showed up in our driveway the day after a crazy hail storm in Akron. He offered a free inspection, noted quickly our roof was damaged badly and walked us through the entire process to get a claim opened, reviewed, understood, materials selected and a new roof installed. We selected a metal roof that was installed in under 2 weeks and looks great. Ron was professional, attentive, patient and followed through on everything he committed. On June 15, 2023 a tornado hit the Point Place / Shoreland area in Toledo. Our house had damage from baseball size hail. We contracted with Lindsay Construction & Design Inc. In Akron Ohio to repair the damages. Ron Keeling from Lindsay worked with the insurance company contractors who estimated the repairs and our insurance company to ensure all items on estimate was included to properly fix the damage. Ron Keeling kept us informed on every step of the process including material delivery and work crew starts. All of the repairs, roof ,siding and gutters replacement were done in a professional and timely manner by the Lindsay crews. Lindsay filed the compensation certificate with our insurance company that released the hold back funds. Repairs were done in less than five weeks of the storm.I highly recommend Lindsey Construction & Design Inc. and thank Ron Keeling for all in help on this project. DESPICABLE ALL THE WAY AROUND! They installed a metal roof at my home on 1/13/20 and it has been raining inside ever since!!! I’ve contacted them multiple times and they said they can’t do anything to fix it! Are you kidding me? I spoke with Jim at their office and asked to speak with the owner. I was told that he’s on vacation as he always is and there’s nothing that they could do to help me. These photos represent the the terrible craftsmanship of this horrible company.

A Tornado and hail storm came through our area while we were on Vacation. Thankfully our pets and neighbors were ok and our property damage did not need immediate attention. Upon returning to our home a week later the neighborhood was in cleanup mode and full of contractors. Ron from Lindsey was not the first or last to knock on our door, but we are so glad we chose to do buisness with them. Ron helped walk us through every step of the process. He helped me initiate our insurance claim, met with our adjuster, and kept us informed about every step and the schedule of our repairs. In the end our home got a new roof and siding and looks brand new and I am only out my deductible. We can't thank Ron and Lindsey enough for making this process so easy. If you have a significant storm come through your neighborhood I highly recommend you have them come take a look even if you don't believe the damage to be enough. When my roof was badly damaged by wind, I called Lindsey Construction. They sent Dani to help me. She handled everything! She did the inspection, communicated with the insurance company, she was here when the project began, and did an inspection of the new roof replacement after it was installed. After getting the insurance check, I had a new roof 7 days later. Back in June my area was hit hard by a storm. Hail the size of baseballs ripped apart the siding on one side of my house and damaged the roof on both my house and garage. Like any homeowner would do I called my insurance company and scheduled an inspection. The next day I had a gentleman by the name of Ronald Keeling stop by my house to ask if he could be any assistance in the repairs of my house. We walked around the house and he was concerned on how extensive the damage was while pointing out issues I didn't even notice. I asked him if he would be there for the inspection and he agreed. Ron was a lifesaver throughout this whole process. When the insurance company only wanted to pay for a portion of the siding, he called them personally and fought for the entire house to be done. Now I have a house with both my garage and house roofs replaced, my entire house with brand new siding and brand new gutters. Ron turned what could have been a stressful event, into a completely stress free one. His crews came in, finished the job at hand and cleaned up without any issues. The previous owners of our home used this company for siding, gutters and a new roof. The roof was installed 9.5 years ago and we have had constant problems. This company’s work is a joke. Improperly vented roof, poor siding installation, and we now have a major problem with leaking on our first floor. We are in the process of getting quotes for a completely new roof after only 9.5 years of its life. So, if you want to replace a 9.5 year old roof, go ahead and use this company. So far every roofer we have had out for quotes has commented on how poor the roof was installed and the work was done. I trust companies to operate professionally. During the installation process, I dropped by to inspect what was going on. I found that e workers didn't fully wrap my house with the home wrap as a barrier. Upon further inspection I noticed beer cans. I noticed immediately after the work was completed, it needed follow up completion. I have made several attempts to have the work completed and no one will contact me. As of today I contacted an attorney to get results that I couldn't get. Be careful using this company or any company who you choose to use for repairs.
