Work was never completed by RFD services, we currently have an open case with the BBB for work that was paid for and never completed.I would warn anyone wanting to use this company, they promise you that they will get the insurance company to pay for everything and extra's, but when your insurance company refuses RFD lose interest in you. This work was started back in December 2016 and we are still waiting on the chimneys to be crowned and capped which we paid for out of pocket. As well as have all of our gutter guards installed, which was paid for by our insurance company.As you can see from our pictures the gutter guards are still on the floor, and you can see the quality of work the company left my siding in. I have uneven siding where they bent it, no flashing underneath and an exposed section where my garage meets our bedroom wall.I am more than happy to also add the chimney pictures to prove that work was never completed.I just do not want anyone else to get ripped off from this company, they promise you the world with your home and you will believe them, but that's what makes a good con man. Also alarm bells will start to ring when you realize you have to do ALL of the chasing with the insurance company, and when the insurance company declines claims RFD will leave you high and dry. There are plenty of good Roofing companies out there, this is DEFINITELY not one of them.

Do not bother with this company. They pick and choose their clients. All they care about is how much money they can extract from your insurance company. They are nice to you in the beginning and will promise to take care of everything, but once they can’t get the most amount of money out of you, everything changes. They will leave you waiting and then stop taking your calls completely. Super unprofessional and unreliable. Steer clear.

I just had my roof replaced by RFD roofing. I was very impressed by Dan and his team. They were very fast, professional and clean. The job was done in a few days and I couldn't tell they were there the day before (other than the beautiful new roof, siding and down spouts) because they cleaned up so well after. This is absolutely the most prodessional and efficient company I have worked with in a long time. I had some pretty severe water damage and called as soon as my basement flooded. The guys came over and cleaned everything up so efficiently, while Dan explained the measures he was taking to prevent molding and sickness for my family. They worked with my insurance company and made this difficult experience much easier for me. The work was done swiftly and expertly, my basement looks and feels better than it did before! My husband and I can not express our gratitude for everything that RFD services and the outstanding guidance of Dan Mocilnikar. Dan came to our home after a large branch fell on our home, which basically consumed the front part of our home. We were completely lost and did not know what to do. We had major storm damage to our house roof and met with multiple contractors. We decided to go with RFD Services for many reasons. Their knowledge and hands on approach with insurance companies is top notch. Our insurance company first offer appeared fair until Dan the owner pointed out a large amount of items that our insurance policy would cover due to building code issues. After insurance claim repairs and negotiations were completed the original insurance offer was a not even close to what was actually required to replace our roof to local building codes. After Dan contacted our insurance company they approved all items from the RFD services estimate and paid the required amount.

Recently saw some bats going in and out of a small hole where a roofline met the fascia. They came out right away and fixed the problem no charge. We had some trees come down during the night. When it was light enough to see, we found our garage and roof had been hit. Called RFD Services and spoke with Dan. He was to our location within a few minutes and advised us what steps we needed to take. He contacted Brush Bandit. While Dan was assessing the damage, Mike from Brush Bandit showed up and advised us he would have a crew over. Within an hour, Brush Bandit had a crew and all the equipment there and had the tree removed from the garage and drive way. As they were finishing up, RFD crew showed up and made temporary repairs to my garage and roof to prevent any further damage from the weather. We could not have asked for more professional and courteous representatives from RFD Services and Brush Bandit. Thank you Dan and Mike.
