The task of finding a roofing company to replace our roof started two years ago. This roof is not what you’d call the average roof. The home is a historic Queen Anne gothic Victorian complete with turrets, several gables and lots of angles and high pitches. Not to mention the roof was two colors and I wanted to keep the new roof exactly like the old one! I had interviewed several contractors, three companies refused to touch the roof stating that it was above their ability and didn’t want the responsibility or have expertise it would take. Two companies were excited about the job but neglected to follow through with estimates or returning repeated attempts to contact them. The remaining companies wanted to charge such ridiculous prices that I’d have to have sold the house just to afford to pay for the new roof. One company wanted to tear out all the original box gutters and install new aluminum gutters. Although I didn’t want the least expensive estimate I wanted it to be affordable and it was most important that the company was honest and confident that they could take on this job! I had given up hope in finding such a company (by now the roof is leaking into the attic!) when by chance my niece had mentioned the company she had recently worked with. Roofsmith! She gave me the number for Nick Mileti, an associate of Roofsmith. I left him a text and within an hour he called and we set up a time for him to come inspect. Nick was a godsend from that day on! While he was confident that the company could do the job he made sure to meet with everyone at the company before giving me any false hopes. He contacted me to tell me that they were confident and excited about doing the project. By this time it was too late in the season to start the work but made sure the company sent a team out to seal the leak to protect the home over the winter and that the house was on the schedule for early spring. Nick was always available to answer any questions or concerns and even spoke to the business next door that abuts my property to keep them updated so they could cordon off the parking lot when work began! He assured the owner that a project manager would be on the property to supervise the job and that the clean up after the job would be thorough. This was a huge stressor for me and Nick dealt with it all! I was contacted over the winter periodically by Nicole in the office to keep me informed as the day of installation approached. On the day of the installation the crew came at 7 a.m. and worked until 8 p.m. that night and the next day they came at 8 a.m. and finished the job by 3. And just like every single representative of Roofsmith, this crew was hardworking, professional and dedicated to this job! I know this review is lengthy but just a few words could not describe how incredibly grateful we are to Roofsmith! After dealing with so many companies and their lack of professionalism and dedication it was Roofsmith that took the stress and worry from us! Every single employee from beginning to end contributed to the restoration of this historic home so that it will continue to stand another 140 years! My heartfelt thanks to each and every employee of Roofsmith Restoration!

We had the best experience with Roofsmith Nick was very helpful and guided us through what would be the best choices for us and the price was so much better than the other 2 quotes we had gotten.The day of the installation the team came in and quickly did the job and the clean up was amazing not one nail or piece of paper anywhere! Roofsmith did a great job on my house. They did the Shingles, copper flashing on the chimney with soldered seams, metal roof on a back extension, all new fascia and gutters. The different crews working on this job all did a fantastic job. I definitely recommend this company. Nate was the lead, he was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He is a credit to the company.

Cannot say enough good things about Roofsmith Restoration. The process from start to finish of getting a full roof replacement was seamless for my family. They guide you through every step of the process and go to bat for you when further discussions with the insurance company are needed. I especially want to recognize Tim Kelly who was our direct contact. Tim was informative, patient, responsive, and extremely attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend working with Roofsmith if you are even considering the need to have roof work done. It is worth getting an inspection even if you are unsure. They do not put any pressure on you when doing the inspection and they are extremely honest about what you actually need. I hope it is many years before I need any roof work done but the next time I do, Roofsmith will be the first call I make.

Garrett and the team from Roofsmith did a wonderful job - from helping us navigate frustrating insurance claims department to the beautiful completion of our roof. Garrett was always available to walk us thru the process, answer our questions, and lead us to ultimately getting our replacement paid in full by insurance (after arbitration.) Believe the reviews on this company. From the quoting with Tom to install this company is top-notch. We had a new roof put on our house and they had a small army out here getting it done. The cleanup was even impressive because you’d never think they could pick up every single nail but they did. Very happy with the install and work they did. I started my journey with Roofsmith in August do to storm damage on my roof. Tim Kelly was at my home the next day to tarp the areas damaged and give me an estimate. He has been amazing to work with. My new roof will be installed by the end of October. I highly recommend this company. An update..my roof was completed in December. The crew that was out did an amazing job. My experience with this company was amazing. I HIGHLY recommend. The communication was key to a wonderful experience!!!

Charlie came out to our house and inspected our roof and was extremely honest and professional with us. The contractor, Bjorn, answered all my questions and explained each step of the process, as my job was handled through insurance. He kept me informed from the beginning to the end of my project. Roofsmith was extremely knowledgeable about the products, processes and behind the scenes aspects of a new roof, siding, and gutters. They presented many options as well as laid out the pros and cons of each to help us make the best decision for us based on many factors. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn’t change a thing. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, I dont know how they have any good reviews. You can never get ahold of a live person if you have questions, you leave voicemails and they text you back instead of calling after specifically asking for a call not a text. I've been calling them for 2 weeks straight regarding my bill and no answer, no call backs. While doing the job they ruined my entire yard because they did the job in the rain. So my grass was completely ruined into a mud pit. They also pulled the dumpster onto my neighbors grass ruining her yard as well. After inquiring about these issues, I was texted that they are waiting to hear back from someone, And I haven't heard back from them...and can't get ahold of anyone. This was the last straw for me, I never write reviews, this is my first one being this was by far the worst experience I've had with any company.

This was by far one of the worse companies any one can do business with. They did not show up on the day that was set, didn't come prepared with all of the tools needed to complete the job then had to leave to purchase wood and didn't finish my roof the same day. Had to come back a couple of days later. Knocked some of my cedar shingles off of my house andbis trying to charge me to replace and fix them. As I told them my house was just painted 2 months prior to the roof getting done, and everything was good. ( we took before and after pictures.) It took them r days to complete a new roof on my porch only. They didn't show up for another 3 to 4 weeks to complete the side bump out roof. I supplied the 3/4 plywood for my roof because again they were unprepared. They say they used half of the wood they supplied for the porch roof and are trying to charge me for all the wood they didn't use and all the shingles they didn't use and took all the remaining materials with them when they left. They left gaps between my roof and house that I had to have filled in with foam to keep the pest out.I would not recommend this company to my enemies.Services: Roof repair, Roof damage repair

Initially met Mark Manes at an event Roofsmith had a display set up at talking to potential customers. He was professional and asked specific questions looking for ways he could help. I was concerned my job would not be big enough for him to waste time on but he was focused on what I (the customer) needed and took the time to really listen. He scheduled a time to come take a look at the roof and gutters at my house, he showed up on time, gave me an estimate of what he needed to get done and made it happen! If you have any roofing needs Mark is your guy! Customer service really means something to these guys!!

Had a great experience with this company. Had serious wind damage and Tom K came out immediately to assess the damage. His knowledge about roofing/ overall knowledge about the process and the industry is why I decided to go with Roofsmith. He was available to answer questions whenever (nights/ weekends and even while on vacation one time) and was beyond helpful. During the process they had a scheduler keep me updated via email with where I was in line for the service and when material would be delivered. Then I dealt with Shelby who was great at scheduling the service and keeping me in the loop/ replying to inquiries. Next the crew came out and worked their butts off! Great product and hard work by the crew, they finished my whole roof (strip down and install) in one long day. Nicole was very helpful with following up and making sure the clean up and service met my expectations. I would 100% suggest this company- no need to google any other roofing company or get any other quotes.
