I was very pleased with the entire process of meeting with salesman through the installation of the new roof. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to have the new roof installed. I receved a quote from salesman on 1/23/2024. On 1/29/2024, we contacted KangaRoof to have them scheduled the roof installation. New roof was installed on 2/6/2024. I was surprised in how quick they were able to install the new roof. New roof looks great...and doesn't leak! I would definitely recommend KangaRoof for your roof replacement or repair.

I have had two houses with. Re roofs and one with roof and gutters over the last two months. Sam headed up Both. Sam is professional, kind and patient. He is very thorough and was available night day and weekends. Sam was quick to respond to emails, calls and texts. Mike and Terry were always available and Mike came by often to check on things. The crew on both houses, Alberto and Francisco were hard working and friendly. Neighbors were very pleased and commented on how quiet the roof job was. They thoroughly cleaned the grounds. The two men John and Josh were friendly and answered any questions I had. They unfortunately worked on a stormy Saturday where they had to take breaks due to thunder lightening. I appreciate them hanging in there To complete the job! Again a big thanks to Sam. He checked in often with us. Thank you Sam! The entire experience was pleasant! Thank you.

I had Brandstetter's KangaRoof replace all of the old aluminum siding with new vinyl siding back in October (2022) and have been very happy with the results. From the initial inspection through my interactions with the sales, scheduling, and customer service teams, I was very happy with the communication and willingness to answer all of my questions. The installation crew was amazing; it did take a little longer than I initially expected, but really appreciated their attention to detail and the end product was well worth it. I will definitely be contacting KangaRoof in the future for any repair or replacement services!

KangaRoof did a great job on our home, constructed in 1900. We had both modern and older roofs replaced. Within 1 week of providing a quote, they came out to do the work. I am not positive on what Sam Hempfleng’s title is but I’ll call him our roof Project Manager. His communication, professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding! Sam was available at all times to answer our questions day and night. I had mentioned to Sam we were going to have a huge oak tree taken down. He encouraged us to get the tree down first which made sense but I would not have thought of it until he mentioned the possibility of limbs or branches falling on a new roof. Within a week I had a tree removed and a new roof. We could NOT be any happier. Sam provided excellent customer service and made us feel at ease. I want to also mention Alberto who came to ensure all of the materials arrived and to see where we wanted them placed in our driveway. Again, we could not be happier! Getting another house roofed in another couple of weeks. We will forever recommend and use Kangaroof! Thank you again SAM!

Mark and Jacob did an excellent job diagnosing and remediating issue with our gutter drainage due to an installation from another vendor.They were able to fix the pooling water shown in the attached photo and now the gutter flows freely.They were professional and communicative throughout the entire process and were great to work with overall. Kanga quickly responded to an issue with a previous fix on our roof and new weather related damage. When it couldn’t be matched they quickly had the roof shingles tested and put a proposal to be sent to insurance. I was extremely happy with the whole experience, start to finish. Logan Wallace was such a pleasure to work with. He was very personable and knowledgeable and made the entire process a breeze! The crews were fast and professional and the fellas who replaced some of our cedar siding may very well have saved us from a house fire because they noticed that some of our wiring had been chewed through and was completely exposed, posing a great risk of an electrical fire! I am extremely grateful for their expertise and attentiveness. We literally owe our lives and the lives of our pets to the awesome crew at Kangaroof!

I learned about Kanga Roof at the Home and Garden Show ,where I met Gerrit Richelson.I signed up for an estimate to be done. Of the 3 companies at the H&G show, which I signed up to receive an estimate- Gerrit was the only one who called the following week to schedule an appt. His attention to details, courtesy,honesty and professionalism was a breath of fresh air- It was a pleasure to meet a company’s representative that arrived on time, called before he arrived and put shoe covers on before entering our home. He was the only one who printed his estimate while he was here, in his truck! The final Kanga Roof bid was $7K less than a well known competitor. Gerrit also is always reachable-he gives his number- you don’t have to go through the office once you meet him. He responds to emails and texts very quickly. A lot of companies could learn a few things about customer service from Gerrit.Thank you so much!

I highly recommend using Kanga Roof for any of your roofing needs. I own an old home that uses box gutters. In the 100+ years since this house had been built, the gutters had never been replaced. As you can imagine, these wooden gutters were starting to deteriorate. I reached out to Kanga Roof to get a quote since I had heard good things about their work, and I liked that they are local company. They came out to look at the work that was needed, explained that they use top-of-the-line materials, and gave me a fair price.The team that came out to do the work (headed up by Johnny) was professional and did an excellent job in a short amount of time. I'm highly satisfied with the work they did, and I recommend them to anyone with roofing/gutter-related needs.

Excellent service from the estimate all the way to the inspection even with all questions we had they answered every one of them. Crew worked 13 hours to complete the house. KangaRoof took a daunting set of problems i was facing as a first time homeowner and made themdisappear. The management at this company stand behind their every word, something i find very rare in these types of businesses today. The quality of their work is absolutely top-notch. If you own a house with box gutters, you need not bother to call anyone else. Johnny is the MAN, came back on a follow up visit to verify all the gutters and downspouts were functioning properly, fixed the problem while i was away at work and i came home to see the work was already done! Wrapped all exterior wood in aluminum, Replaced all gutters, and replaced the bay window roof as well. Thank you KangaRoof for making my home beautiful again!

Employees from Kangaroof are always great so there was no surprise when John and Nick came out to fix a gutter issue. They were very professional and explained what they needed to do concerning the gutter. I really appreciated their help and willingness to get the job done right in that they had to leave in order to get the correct parts to finish the job. Plus they were very friendly and gosh, they were so nice my dog wanted to go with them when they were leaving! Another thumbs up for Kangaroof employees.👍

I had a roof leak about eight months ago and Kangaroof fix my roof and put on new gutter guards. Recently, I have been noticing that area being wet or at least it seemed like it was wet. I called Kangaroof. John and Nick came out to look and took pictures. They then showed me the pictures and explained to me that the algae from the trees is laying on the shingles making it look like it is wet. They went up in my attic and showed me the pictures from my attic and it was dry. I was so pleased with the service that I got from John and Nick. They were on time, they were efficient and they were professional.
