It turned out I needed a tow, and the service provider came out and determined we could make it to the next exit where a tow truck could bring us to a location where we could swap trucks. I had a no start on a freightliner tractor. I never spoke with anyone at Englewood as penske handled it all. But I was surprised how fast he got there with another truck for me, and you can always tell the experienced operator from the rookie.
