George R. is an exceptional inspector! He gave us a great introduction to the company and how they stand apart from others. He performed a detailed attic inspection before going up on the roof. He took pictures and shot a narrated video outlining the areas of concern and what solutions should be considered.After the inspection he took the time to explain everything until my tenant and I fully understood everything. He is patient, informative, and I found him trustworthy.I was please to learn that Victors does way more than slap on new shingles. They address issues with proper ventilation as well as offer siding and gutters and downspouts for one-stop shopping, if desired.I also like the fact Victors offers several tiers of solutions to meet nearly every budget.He did his job of trying to get the sale on the same day, and I get that. He was accommodating and assertive, but never pushy. I never make on-the-spot decisions for investments of this magnitude and he respected my process as much as I respected his.If George R. represents the true integrity of the rest of the Victors Home Solutions, I think I will be in good hands.

Thomas C came to my residence from Victor's Home Solutions and was very personable. He did a complete inspection of my roof and went into the attic and took video and showed me what was going on and what was needed. He was very transparent and friendly. He brought out all materials and showed me from premium down to the basic and I was truly impressed. Victor you have an asset in Thomas as an employee.Thank you

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Chris and Brett who arrived to my home in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. First of all, they were on time to the minute. We discussed roofing options for our home. They asked several questions of what would we like when it came to the project. It wasn't questions of only the price. They asked other questions such as, efficiency, clean up and what we wanted out of the project. They were very courteous, kind and professional. The job was completed a few days later due to rain but again, they were on time with an immaculate clean up. I would recommend Victor's Home Solutions to all of my friends and family. If I can give 1000 stars I would. You just don't find people like Chris and Brett ever to come into your home. They were the best.

Chris came out to inspect our roof after we noticed some leaks and he was very nice, seemed knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. We have had multiple inspectors come out since as we're collecting a few different estimates and Victor's was exponentially higher than the others and they pressured you to sign with them on the spot and when we said no (because we were just starting the process of shopping around) they wanted to know why. I then received multiple texts and a call afterwards wanting me to rate them, and this was before we even received an estimate in writing (which by the way wasn't itemized or anything). We didn't have a bad experience with them, but a tad too pushy in the sales department and the astronomical prices, we are going elsewhere.

You need a roof? Call Victor's. Best experience of my life working with a contractor. Chris P came out and showed me how to fix all of my problems. The FIVE other "roofers" I had out couldn't even find why I was having a problem let alone find a solution. This guy's a real pro and he made it very affordable. 3 days after we met, my new roof was up and it's glorious! Everyone went above and beyond. Choosing any other roofer would be foolish. Thanks Chris, I can't tell you how much my family and I appreciate you!

Thomas and Brett did a fabulous job with the presentation. They explained what the issues were and what the best solution would be, worked within our budget restrictions, and got things taken care of very swiftly. The crew showed up bright and early and didn't stop until the job was done. It's only been two weeks, but so far we are very satisfied.

Absolutely fantastic company to work worth. I thought I just needed my insulation looked at, and when I called after getting a flyer in the mail I was told I would get a free insulation inspection and could also get a free roof inspection, and was glad I did both. It turned out what I thought it might just have been not an off insulation or old insulation was a roof that was installed before I bought the house with, effectively, absolutely no ventilation. Nathaniel did an excellent job of inspecting the attic finding out didn't really need insulation but did need roof ventilation and that was why I was having some issues with too much heat and then losing cooling in the summer. After inspecting the roof it turned out my roof may not have been new when I bought the house and because they never installed it with venting the tiles were delaminating and I needed new roof tile installed. We went over all of the options and ended up choosing a package with an amazing price and it went on within a few days it took the installers 8 hours and I'm absolutely thrilled with the new roof I have. Cannot say enough good things about this company if you choose them for your needs you will not be disappointed.
