From first phone call with Bruce i felt that we had made a good decision. Gary and his team each and every one of them did a fantastic job. Day one they had my complete roof removed down to the trusses and replaced all the plywood they then applied ice guard and had the roof covered and rain proof. Next working day they had the new roof on and replaced all of our gutters down spouts and facia. Communication was outstanding throughout the whole process. We are thankful we found such a great company to install our roof.

I had metal roofs installed on my house, garage, and barn along with new gutters installed on the first two.Bruce and Gary were extremely helpful. Bruce was thorough with the early steps and initial quote, identifying as much as possible to limit the number of surprises with a project like this. He explained all the work that they would be doing. He and Gary listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had at any time of the day (or night).My roof installation included a few surprises that we wouldn't have been able to identify prior to tearing off the existing roof. Gary showed me where the problems were and worked with Bruce and their crew to provide different options to move forward.At the end of each day, Gary and crew left the job site in a clean state. The project was excellent, very well done, quick, beautiful. The management team was top notch. We had a small disagreement at one point, but they stood by their word 100%.The color was a perfect match, the seams perfectly straight. The historic character of a 151 year-old building maintained. The only reason I might have given four starts instead of 5 was the price. While the project went perfectly, I thought the price was on the high side. HOWEVER, we got what we paid for, so even though I thought the price a little high, I thought the value was very good...thus five stars.
