My experience with Greg and GL Dart was incredible! I was in a difficult situation after a home inspection and needed some repairs done in a short time frame. Not only did Greg and his team get the job done with a quick turnaround, they did it with excellence and professionalism. I look forward to using GL Dart again and give them my highest recommendation. Thanks again, Greg!Services: Home repairs, Exterior structural repairs, Interior structural repairs

I hired Dart to completely renovate 2 full and 1 half baths, replace all of the interior doors, and build a dog bath in my garage. I did this during Covid, so I experienced the expected delays in getting supplies/materials and work crews. Once we got started, the Dart folks were very professional, explained what they were doing/answered questions, did good quality work and cleaned up after themselves!Services: Refurbishment, Remodeling

GL Dart just finished our roof and did a great job. Well done, on time, on budget and the crew were the hardest-working guys I have ever seen in my life! They cleaned up every scrap, went over all the yard area several times with the magnetic roller to be sure no nails had escaped (I have horses...which they were also very respectful of and careful with). Highly recommend!

This is an honest review of the work done in my home.Overall, all individuals I dealt with were extremely nice people - owner, workers, and office personnel. The workers were very kind in asking questions on exactly what I wanted and expected my new shower to look like which was highly appreciated. On the other hand, the workmanship of the shower install really made me quite nervous all the way through the process. The first concerning factor came when I asked if they would be waterproofing the cement board. I was told this is not a necessary step but they would be willing to complete that for an additional charge (unknown). This particular step should be standard procedure when installing a new shower and included in the original priced quote. In the end, this added a few extra hundred dollars to the project and only half of the material was used with a very thin coating of the material. The second issue I ran into was the slop of the niche. This should be slopped properly to allow water to flow out. I tried to explain and they did the best they knew how (which it was obvious they didn’t know how) but by the time it was already in place it really didn't make much room to set shampoos, soaps, etc... That being said, it was already in place. My concern here is they should be the professionals that know exactly how to slope a niche. I will be honest, I am not professional but I recognize this step was not completed properly.Third issue: I found a place of the mosaic tile within the niche that had not been grouted at all. I could see the mesh on the back side of the mosaic and this was a very large chunk missing. Luckily, I caught it the same day they left and they were able to come right back out and redo. This did however prevent me from leaving town in a timely manner causing me to be several hours late to an event.Fourth Issue: Upon arrival back from my trip, I did a thorough check again of the shower finding areas that were not caulked properly along the bottom and niche. I was told that the caulking around the bottom is not an issue at all because there is a shower pan flange that goes up behind the tile and it would be fine. Any professional should know that this area of the tub must be caulked properly. He did ask if I would like him to re-caulk along the bottom and I did say yes – he did. He agreed that the niche did need more caulk and fixed that as well.Fifth issue (perhaps most important): I went to hang a picture back up that had fell in my office area from the reno and notice 5 screws are poking through into my office wall. This is obviously a HUGE mistake. This makes it very clear that the workers screwed into drywall around the niche area which any professional should know is not a job well done. It really makes me question the entire job and feel extremely uneasy about what may happen to this shower in the future. Upon contacting the owner about my concerns, I did NOT receive an apology but rather a message stating “I wouldn’t say it’s a big mistake or problem but we will definitely come out and help you with it…” It almost seemed as if this was blamed on me and my issue. They did however come right out the same day and saw off the screw ends, patch, and luckily I had left over paint because they did not offer to repaint the room or wall at their expense. Here is to crossing fingers that the sawing of the screws did not damage the integrity of the niche and its ability to stay in place.Last Issue: Upfront I let them know I will need to pay via credit card. They stated this is not a problem and will just send an invoice via PayPal. What was not discussed at that time is there is another 3% charge from them when you pay via this method (resulting in an additional $100 in fees).Again, I think everyone was very nice and respectful but I cannot honestly give a 5 star review for the work done in my home.Original quote: $2,500Final Price: $3,297

Great response times. They came out quickly during the recent storms and helped us with multiple projects. The nasty weather didn't slow them down. They are great to work with.

I hired this company to work on my house after our kitchen fire,we gave them a big down payment in January, they didn't start our house until April, and then they didn't do 90% of the work, they hired an unlicensed guy off Craigslist to do the work, and let me tell you my brand new floor is coming up,and its not even the floor we ordered, brand new cabinets are falling apart,my doorways they put in our unlevel, the paint is peeling off everything so my whole house needs re painted,2 of my windows they installed won't open, they didnt killz the house like they were supposed to,and they will cut every corner, charge for things they didn't do,and add labor charges when no one has been at work for weeks, this company will rip you off,i wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and the owner greg dart is rude and doesn't care about your home or you as client.Services: Tile work installation, Install flooring, Paint indoors, Painting, Drywall installation, Drywall repair, Flooring

Careful, if it’s not written in your “contract” (every single detail) all specifics, design and details ( including such things as caulking), you aren’t likely going to get it.
